I received my wig which l played 300 dollars,it was loke a piece of steel wool, the ugliest thing l have ever seen.Shein sell wigs for 20.00 and they are so much better.Never again will l buy a wig from Chiquel. The wig is rubbish. Has someone who buys a lot of wigs, from different companies, Chiquel is the only one that has been disappointing.

Best Online Wig Store in Oz

I have bought pretty much all my wigs from Chiquel (Australia) and always had good service & advice. Being transgender with no natural hair it's important for me to have the right style, so when I have got it wrong, exchange has been easy. The weekend sales are the best time to buy. Only criticism is the stuff in my wish list vanishes during sales time, aside from that I already have my next wig in my sights ;)

Extremely disappointed

I travelled to Melbourne from NZ especially to purchase a hair topper from Chiquel. I paid $1600 + $200 for product. I was lead to believe that it was human hair but have since found out otherwise. I contacted Chiquel straight away after purchase about the yellow colour of the topper but received no helpful advise and it has remained yellow despite spending hundreds of dollars on hair dyes and salon treatments. I am absolutely furious and beyond disappointed!

Reliable and Fast

I buy a wig from these guys at least once every two months, maybe even more. They are reliable, fast at ordering from overseas and good communicators. The only thing I wish for is a wider choice of brands but their choice is quite large. I can thoroughly recommend this on line wig store.

Great selection and transaction

Easy transaction, and speedy service and delivery. Arranging a return was easy and the account was credited promptly. Have used the website for purchases three times and would recommend it as a trustworthy company.
