If I can give minus stars, I would. Have reported people with illegal content, I'm talking about loli and cp, and they haven't been banned??? Literally no action has been taken against the people I've reported, not in the discord server, or the site. I'm shocked by how terrible the moderation is, just pure crap.

Really good place, needs better moderation tho and ability to reach out staff if needed.

I've been searching for new messaging apps and this one I found to be a good alternative to the other leading brands in the market. The style and design is good, there are some rough edges that I hope the devs will try to fix, but overall it's an A+

This website's UI still needs work, but the design is passable. Although I find the way the content is presented to be engaging and easy to comprehend, several aspects, such as the age restrictions and security, might use some improvement. The website is fine overall, but there are still certainly room for improvements.

UI is intuitive which makes it easy to jump into conversations. Doesn't cut connection when your wifi slows down so that's a big plus for me. I jumped into the travel section and got pretty good tips.

Potentially dangerous website.

The website has been designed with noble but naive intentions, to essentially bring back Omegle. It has a few improvements such as the ability to add friends and block certain users. However the website is very problematic.

Like Omegle, it's openly accessible to under 18s and most users appear to be at least 'horny' but generally utterly depraved. Most users just wish to take the conversations onto Snapchat so they can send photos of their genitals to potentially underage users. (There is no age verification system)

Their admin team does appear to act quickly on reports, but the problematic users are endless and are free to just make a new account and circumvent bans despite claims of the bans being IP based.

It's taken them almost a year to implement a way to report users that are underage.

A simple bit of code to censor words such as 'horny' would show a willingness to prevent problematic users abusing the site for sexual purposes, however the founder has shown no interest in doing this and did not respond when messaged directly on Discord.

The userbase appears to be 95% male and most just want to masturbate despite Chitchat.gg not advertising itself as a pornographic themed website.

Given the website also offers video calls, it's opening itself up to the same legal battles that befell Omegle.

All their policy and rules are all absolute cobbles. They say don't share social media, they say don't be sexual, they say this isn't a dating site. All those rules I guess don't count on the users there. If you don't share social media they just skip, what's even the point... I thought this was meant to be to make friends through distance.

A great platform to meet new people and has some cool features. The video chat is a must use to connect with people. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

There's no chatting experience here. I have used this for a month and at first it was great even though there were a few bad people I didn't wanna blame it on the site and I thought maybe a few skips could help with the constant asking for nudes or to text or asking for gender, is this genuinely a chatting website or a sexting one? I can't tell, it keeps getting worse and worse everyday with there being little to no chance of finding people who are there to actually chat and not sext or trade nudes. I really hope the website does work to sort this out other than this the website is great

Sometimes you get fast skips but its good to make new friends. hope video chat becomes more popular! :)

Awful site, 99.9% of the site is men spamming "M" looking for that very small percentage of women there may be and if you give any indication of being a man you'll be instantly skipped, no interesting conversation or friendships/relationships could be made on this site unless you are a woman. If you're a man don't bother, if you're a woman well... Have fun I guess.
