No refund after order got canceled & no responses to e-mails
Horrible customer support without any transparency. So far, a very untrustworthy experience. A few minutes after I placed my order, it was canceled. The given explanation was „as requested by the buyer“, which just isn‘t true. Also, the product was still available on their website and all my information was correct. I responded to their e-mail, asking why it got canceled and received no answer in over 2 days. Haven‘t received my money back either, order status is still „canceled, not yet refunded“. Absolutely unacceptable, especially for an order total of over $900. Well, what should you really expect from a webshop, that doesn’t have any contact information on their website. Nothing on the company or person who rund the shop. Definitly do not recommend buying here!
