I bought a bag from Chloe.com was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews not sure why there are so many bad reviews as I had a great experience with the company they replied right away to my emails & I received the bag earlier than expected with DHL shipping notifications the bag is authentic so if your hesitating to buy don’t I totally recommend one happy customer

Complete fraud the brand pretend to be Parisian but all you get is some very cheap clothes from China.
Moreover the return is practically impossible since they ask you to pay the expedition back to China, which was 40+ euros in our case, basically more than what we pay for the article.
To avoid at all costs.

Chloe tote bag arrived with a white mark right in the middle of the bag, which cost over one thousand pounds btw. No goodwill gesture offered and no exchange, was told to wait for the refund and then place the order again, so basically a turnaround time of almost two weeks. Will not be purchasing anything from Chloe again, disgusting customer service and items being shipped from Europe. No personal service at all.

I do not have any issues with the quality of the goods, but the delivery service is awful. And the company doesn't want to take any responsibility for the delivery provider they choose for their clients. The UPS / SDA delivery service didn't pass. Courier just set the status, that they try to make delivery but they didn't succeed because they miss the phone number. It is not true. This company is a liars. and they just do not want to work and do everything people come to collect their staff in their warehouse. It's really sad because the goods quality is perfect, but they cannot offer normal delivery service. I'll never order their goods online any more.

Do not order from this company. It is a complete scam. If i could give it a minus star rating I would. I have emailed again chasing my order which i placed and paid for in July. My emails to their 'customer service team" after their initial response have remain unanswered. Do yourself a favour save your money and do not order from this company

I had a beautiful purse / wallet bought for me. The holograms inside are unique to the purse. This wasn't registered correctly at the time of purchase by the shop so they couldn't check the purchase (make you feel like your lying to them). The clasp has broken off the front of purse, it is awful. I contacted the shop, as they didn't register it properly and, as I don't have the receipt anymore, I am not covered under the warranty. The shop was helpful in sending it back to Paris to be looked at. Funnily enought it is my fault it is broken albeit they can't explain why or how. They decided they can help me if I pay them £140. Are we really talking Chloe here. Gutted and let down. Be careful all, whilst they talk the talk they certainly don't do much more than that other than take your money. Very disappointed and let down

Hi, I am a reseller and selling preloved designer items on behalf of other private sellers, I charge small fee for reselling if the item sells. I had/have few preloved Chloe items for sale, the items do not belong to myself but to other ladies who doesn’t have time or knowledge how to sell online. My items listed on Depop @luxauthenticuk but sadly all of my Chloe items have been removed by your request today as an infringement of your copyrights.
1. All of my items are authentic and are authenticated by professional authentication services e.g. real authentication, legitgrails
2. All pictures/descriptions are made by myself and belong to me.
3. This is my small earning, I am selling pre owned used/unused items and as long as they are authentic, described by myself and photos taken by myself there shouldn’t be any issue.
You are fighting a small person and mother of two, this is only my personal income, please explain what copyrights have I broken???

They don’t even deserve a one star.
I ordered shoes and a dress and look nothing like the picture or description provided.
I request a refund and was told from good gesture l can keep the product and will be refunded.
I have sent numerous emails and been ignored.

This company is a scam. Do not use. I ordered a size 41 shoe and they sent me a 40, and they are being impossible to deal with to return and get a refund. Do not order from them.

Same same same…size 40 shoe equivalent to a size 38! When I requested refund paperwork via email, was twice told to contact between office hours. This company is dodgy.

People, do not buy from this company! I bought a pair of shoes that were of poor quality and sizing so out. Definitely made in China. I requested a refund and it’s been over a month and am still waiting. Do not bother and save your money.

One star because there is no zero-star option. Non-existent after-sales. A very helpful lady at the London boutique tried her best to resolve my issue but centralised customer care got involved and I was told they cannot help, fullstop. I was looking to purchase new nose-pads for a pair of sunglasses (as original nosepads are inscripted with the brand-name.) I understand they may not have any currently, however, being a luxury brand, shouldn't they try to order some and serve their clientelle? What happened to after-sales care? My advice, don't waste your funds with their products, there are plenty of lovely luxury brands out there with sturdier products who also know how to care about their customers.

Iv sent numerous emails requesting a refund, only after I left a scathing review did they reply. Accepted return but will not answer my request for return address.
This company is an absolute SCAM, the pair of shoes I received looked like they were sent from Ali Express.

I ordered a pair of shoes which were too small, I went through the refund process which was ‘accepted’ but no funds reimbursed and no information on how to return the shoes. Do not use this company!

I ordered a pair of shoes but decided to cancel the order, I received an email saying it was cancelled and the refund was on its way. No refund no one answering emails dont use this company

I bough a pair of sandals for my wife, order 39 but in fact it was 37 so, too smal. I try to communicate with Chloe Canada,
On the web site, it is said to return the shoes at- my own expense, ( from Canada to China would cost me almost 45$) it is almost the price of the shoes.

I had a good communication with the seller, i hope it will turn out good.

I wish I had seen this site. I ordered early June but never received my running shoes. Several emails unanswered. I was searching to see if it was a fake company and stumbled upon this site. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau this week if I don’t hear back. It’s important to help protect others. Maybe BBB will follow up with the company.

I ordered sunglasses on 24 th May and mail received shipment delivered on 27 th may but no shipment received till date but Chloe mailed shipment delivered on 27 th may .
Umpteen mails to Chloé but no response.
Kindly refund my money .
On 3 rd June mail from Chloé that they have shipped the sunglasses on 3 rd June , why no information was given to the client for 12 days since the order was placed and I was extremely concerned about the delivery,why should the customer be forced to buy Chloé sunglasses after 12 days .
The order needs to be cancelled at your end (Chloé) and refund the amount immediately.

Chloe sandals slit both my feet within 30 minutes of wearing them! My feet are in so much pain from wearing other shoes, I can’t work out, I can’t get any water on the slits without being in pain and bandages are keeping them raw! I was super excited for this shoes as a graduation gift. I’m so upset - my feet look so bad and will be scarred for life!

I ordered a shirt, leggings, beanie and gloves 2 months ago and have yet to receive any of it. DONT order from this company!!
