Please stay away from this girl!!!
I spent nearly £800 getting a photoshoot package as a keepsake as my dog nearly died of bloat and we didnt know how long he would live for after it due to it can happen again, chloe knew this and knew how much this photoshoot was so important to me. I paid in installments and once I paid everything off, I only received the digitals, but no large photo frame & prints which was included in the package.
Communication was terrible, I threatened small claims court. To this day I still not received my photoshoot package deal except the digitals. I was definitely conned by chloe brown photography and all she seemed to blame it on was her mental health/car accident which again I was understanding to a point as I know how that feels and gave her numerous opportunities to put things right and she never did. Very disappointing and alot of money to have lost.
I would have been happy to have received a partial refund due to me receiving the digitals and nothing else in the package but again all communication stopped and facebook disappeared, she doesn't answer text messages or emails to people she owes money too.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an equine photoshoot, and communication was clear up until I paid the deposit. After payment, I had to follow up multiple times before receiving confirmation that my deposit was received. While Chloe did attend the photoshoot as scheduled, communication afterward has been very poor. I have had to repeatedly chase for updates, and after more than a month, I still have not received any images. No explanation or notice of delays has been provided. At this stage, I have informed Chloe that I am prepared to escalate the matter through small claims court and my bank if necessary. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services.

Absolutely shocking. Purchased an agility photo shoot for October 2024 which i have yet to get one picture from. I feel like I've been absolutely conned. Zero communication. Avoid at all costs. I doubt i will get any pictures now, so I am writing this in hopes I can save someone else from being conned too.
