Terrible service terrible product - the product is nothing like the advertisement. Do not purchase from this site. The products are small in size and cheap material - a total waste of money. They will not accept me to return as they are saying that the product is the size ordered. They stick a label on the product showing the size you ordered but the size is not correct. It is nothing like the advert from what the model was wearing.. so mad what a scam!

What a pity you have to give a star. Should be zero. This is a fraudulent company selling poorest quality goods then refuse to refund. You really don't want to exchange rubbish received for more rubbish but you won't get the offer anyway. They email just saying we have sent the correct order when obvious wrong colour wrong everything. They ask for photo but then ignore the evidence anyway. Crooks and PayPal should not assist them robbing people. Xx

Ordered a raincoat nothing like it showed on the picture the material was cheap and thin the size was wrong arms were too short contacted them company for a refund and they said no that they don’t refund the size they sent out was correct I explained to them the sleeves too Short and it’s nothing like the picture still they said no refund they sent out correct size never ORDER from this company all LIES

I ordered a jumper and they sent me a flimsy top that was nothing like the jumper I ordered. I asked to return it and they refused saying it was the correct item. I have had to send many emails and just got nowhere. I have contacted Paypal and they have opened a dispute with this company. I think Paypal and Facebook should not use this company.

Even 1 star is too much!
Since August I have been trying to get a return address to send back two badly manufactured and wrongly sized raincoats. I have explained that the measurements of the coats I received do not match the measurements in their own size chart. I have emailed 104 times and just get the same reply. “The warehouse sent out the correct size”. I have explained just because the package says size 12 it does not mean what is inside the package is a size 12. Today I have been told to give the coats to someone who might need them...I NEED THEM CHLOEYOYO - I paid for them Chloeyoyo. You have my money, I need a raincoat!

Just like everyone else didn’t fit. Too big on shoulders, didn’t do up. Rubbish and they won’t honour a return which I think brakes consumer act. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Just tried to return a joke of a raincoat I ordered, told "return not allowed as I had ordered the correct size"!!!!!
I have same coat in another colour from different company, lovely and as it looked in the photos so I knew what it should look like. The one I received was enormous on the shoulders and barely buttoned uo - was supposed to be A line oversized!!!!! Quality was appalling, fabric cheap and nasty, this is a cover for cheap Chinese fake clothing...... They have illegally used the photographs from the legitimate site I ordered the first coat from. I will try to get in touch with the genuine company to make them aware of the scam that's being pulled on them. I cannot tell you how angry I am. I am constantly now posting warnings on their website on Facebook, if they take them down, I just repost!!!!!!! Everyone should do the same if you've been affected by these thieves!!!!

There seems to be a trend with these adds on Facebook.
I had a similar experience with company selling sandals.
They went under many names, not contact number for customer service.
All emails bounced back, I got my refund by going though my bank.
I suggest you all do the same as I got all my money back.

Agree with most reviews. Shocking company to deal with, poor quality and will not consider refunds. One line responses to all requests.
I feel conned and will never use again.

Revolting company, take your money and supply very poor quality and faulty goods. It clearly states on their website that you can return goods for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. When you ask if you can return and get a refund you’re told they can’t help you. All email responses from them have one line answers. They are disgraceful. If I could post all of the emails that have gone between myself and them I would, so that you can all see how terrible they are.

The cardigan that was sent after a four week wait was absolutely awful, not even the right colour. Its like a piece of old rag. I have been well and truly scammed by this company. Wouldn't even walk my dog in it

Doesn’t even deserve ONE STAR! Pretty much a con. Thousands of positive reviews on their Facebook ad but they must all be paid reviews. Ordered 2 raincoats, £30 each...you could get better quality for much less in Primark! Very thin, quality not good and not worth more than the cost of the material, in other words £5-10! Size isn’t accurate as they say it is. Asked to return it and was told more or less point blank NO. Sadly it’s a company based abroad and therefore my consumer rights pretty much carry no weight here. £60 down the drain. Very unhappy.

Just received my goods oh my word what a load of rubbish ordered three cardigans thinking they were knitted no just some horrible material used for cheap stuffed toys all are ill fitting one long sleeve one short sleeve on grey one one side longer than the other on the blue one red one doesn’t fit never ever shop there again disgusting and you can’t get a refund

Well the first joke is that I even have to give a star rating of 1 on here as it doesnt even deserve that!!!
I ordered the furry leopard print cardigan. OMG its nothing like the picture!! Cheap fairground teddybear material with dodgy sewn on pockets, scratchy as hell on the inside and about 3 sizes too small!!!!
When emailing for a return address you just get fobbed off with standard replies:
"send us a picture" "you ordered a fluffy cardigan" they simply will not give a return address. Im 26.99 lighter now.
Im also sure that the facebook page is fake as there cant possibly be so many hundreds of people that are happy with it. Interestingly since ive purchased i can no longer see the page to comment on??????

I purchased a leopard print cardigan I saw advertised on Facebook, it looked lovely but now I have received it I’m shocked! It’s awful quality! The same fabric used to make children’s teddy bears, nothing like the picture! The sizing is also way off!
When I contacted them for an address to return it too for a refund I was told that I could not return it because it was not damaged or an incorrect item that I’d been sent! Disgusted!! Absolute scam!
After pushing to return it they gave me a returns address in China! It’s going to cost nearly as much to return it as I paid for it! They’re now ignoring my emails.
Thankfully I paid using PayPal so I will raise a dispute and I’m hoping I can get my money back somehow through them.
Avoid Chloeyoyo!! Don’t waste your money, I’ve learnt my lesson!

CHLOEYOYO --AVOID AT ALL COSTS. scammers, bought coat for wife, poorly finished and five sizes too small. all complaints I have read are same as mine ,no reply, wrong reply, eventually gave me return address-no post code, another 10 days ( after several letters from me) gave me postcode, now I can price return shipping £45! they only accept returns by UPS and DHL. coat cost £24 so It will going to charity shop, not back to China. Paypal claim? forget it, seller has offered full refund when I ship back so Paypal basically shrugging their shoulders and siding with the scammers! they must know people are not stupid enough to send the crap back at double the value of refund, so shame on you Paypal, you are enabling these con artists ( who have given a different postcode for return thru Paypal mail, that's two postcodes and about eight different e-mail addresses) it becomes obvious they want you to give up and go away.

I would give minus 5 stars - I ordered a coat and it was delivered nothing like the picture. They will not accept a return or refund - disgusting- surely there are laws to protect consumers ?
