The UI could use some work. It’s functional, but not very intuitive. If you’re not familiar with crypto platforms, it takes some trial and error to figure things out.

CHO staking is okay
CHO staking is okay, but honestly, the rewards aren’t mind-blowing. The burn mechanism is a nice touch, but unless you’re staking a big amount, the returns feel kinda meh. Would love to see better incentives.

I DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS WHEN EVERYONE HAS AN ISSUE WITH THEM. I've been trying to get my money out since September 2024. They now tell me they are liquidating and want all my personal info such as passport, bank account statements, etc. For months I messaged almost every day and they continously say it is a server problem. I say they're con merchants. It does not take 9 months to resolve any issue these days. They will no doubt reply they are above being called scammers, but that is my experience... Otherwise they would release my money to me. Note: I email them every day with my ticket number. It is 390375.

SCAM don't give your money! I gave 1 star because I can't give less!
You can only DEPOSIT and will never be able to WITHDRAW!
The customer support department keeps playing the game of asking screenshots and telling you that a tech team is working on your case which is a total lie been waiting for over a year now). But the truth is simple there is no tech issue. They just want to keep your funds.
Also if you complain, they log you out of the app and can't login anymore with your correct password. Useless to say that password reset will not ever work, as they have "banned" you from their system. You won't receive any email nor SMS.
How is it possible that they still run a business?

They do offer token conversion via their wallet app however they lock your whole CHO amount up for months and the bonus for years, after which 90%+ are unable to withdraw regeardless, simply see Trustpilot reviews. Clearly this upgrade is intended to debase clients funds.
