All these 5 stars reviews must be fake because have you tried to make an withdrawal?? I’ve read the same issue people been having for 5 years. Now a new update has locked 2/3 of my money. Support, same answer 2 years now. I don’t understand how this app is making all these new updates and changing look etc but can’t simply give my money back. If you are telling your team or whoever to make these green review, we people can tell our friends to tell their friends to drop your numbers to 0.1. This is a pure scam, no respect, no empathy for the people. This is taking food from our children’s tables. ONLY FUNCTION THATS WORKING IS, ADD MONEY TO THEM!! I’m sorry but don’t play with my cash.

Avoid choise!! They were crypterium, a couple of years ago. My 1500 euros of crypterium become 25 euros of choise! Which i can’t withdraw nor convert. Scam!

You copy and paste always the same message. I contacted several times the assistance. Choise rebranding was a really bad decision. I will never use your services anymore, nor I will buy choise.

Extremely Poor Service – Avoid This Platform

I initially sent USDT using the ETH network, and my funds were only credited to my account three days later—but only after I contacted support to inform them that my deposit wasn’t credited.

On February 24, 2025, I exchanged USDT for XRP. A few days later, when I needed to make a payment, I tried to send XRP but kept getting the error: "You do not have enough funds to complete this transaction, including the required transaction and network fees." This is completely incorrect, as I have more than enough funds and was only trying to send a small fraction of my balance.

When I attempted to swap XRP for USDT, the platform did not allow me to do so. I have sent multiple emails over an extended period, yet the only response I receive is a generic message:

"We’re deeply sorry to hear about the trouble this has caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve it. Our technical team is actively addressing the issue as urgently as possible."

Even after all this time, no one has actually resolved my issue. My ticket ID is 400894, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this platform to anyone. The lack of proper support and the inability to access my own funds is highly concerning.

If this issue is resolved, I will update my review accordingly. Until then, stay away from Choise.com

The funny part is that the bots have different names,(Daniel,Andrew, Maxim,Roman,Stasya) and they will follow-up with you daily with the same kind of message:

"I’m passing your case to my colleagues from the Technical Support team. They'll get in touch with you once there's any update on your ticket."
"We realise that this is a disappointing situation and we are doing our best to solve your issue as soon as possible."
"Our specialists are working to solve the problem. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay. "

Nice balance between beginner-friendly and advanced features, so even if u new to crypto, u won’t be lost. But if u already know what ur doin’, there’s still plenty to mess with.

Customer Service is AI and you receive generic answers about an technical issue.

Ain’t overloaded with features nobody uses, just the essentials. Works without lag, and transactions go through quick.

My money is also blocked. Transfers are on pending state. Support contacted they come always with the same answer. I think they try to keep the money, guessing something like bankrobed...
Lessons learned.

I only use the wallet; I don't trust the rest. Their fancy CHO currency is tanking. Maybe the whole system will crash soon.

I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for months now, and the app just refuses to work. It opens, but when I try to access my funds, nothing happens—no errors, no progress, just... nothing. And their support? Completely useless.
All I get are automated emails and the same copy-pasted responses on Trustpilot. No real help, no actual solutions.

To make matters worse, they straight-up blocked me on X and Telegram just for asking about my withdrawal. Seriously? That’s not how a legitimate financial platform operates. They wouldn’t be running from their users if they had nothing to hide.

At this point, it really feels like they’re deliberately locking people out of their money and ignoring anyone who dares to ask questions. I wouldn’t trust them with a single cent ever again.

The platform feels fresh, like they actually put effort into making it user-friendly. Not just some outdated UI with a million unnecessary buttons.

I see the automated choise AI reply is still replying with the standard response. This is a scam Cypterium was started by a chap called AUSTIN KIMM and Vlad Gorbunov, when it was a UK company they claimed FCA approval. Since the “rebrand” they are not a UK company so do not have FCA approval. Bank of LITHUANIAN are aware of the scamming company. Interpool have been notified as have the UK police. The support service has no phone number, all they are doing is promoting their “coin” on social media. The company must have millions of locked coins using their wallet system .

4th Feb 2025 update, I see choise.. have issued their standard BS AI reply. For clarity the link they post in their response is in fact an old link referring to something back in December 2023, so WAY out of date . I will also refer people to the link on their website that states FCA approval, which also gives false information .

The app's UI is clean, easy to navigate, and doesn't feel overloaded with unnecessary features. Everything's where it should be, no need to dig through a million tabs.

Leaving them a 1 as you can't go any lower.. When the app was still branded as Crypterium it worked really well.

They should have opted for a better name in the rebranding to scam.com (AND FOR FFS - Don't reply with "we're well past the scam claims".

- If that is the case can you please explain why the transaction data in the app does not exist on the blockchain?

- Can you explain why funds are left frozen for 6+ months, if that is not fraudulent || scam can you please advice on an alternative word to define your actions)

Support is fast, had a small issue and they actually replied quick. A lotta platforms just leave u on read lol.

It is impossible to withdraw/send btc. For many months there has been a server error or connection error and it is not possible to withdraw assets. The support keeps you waiting with the message our specialists are working on it. Honestly, which wallet operator needs 8 months to fix significant problems on the platform? Even an exchange into another currency is not allowed. Since at least my ETC withdrawal was still being processed for 2-3 months, I was hoping that I could get around the problem this way. Support tickets are not updated and I am kept on hold. Finally release my money, then I'll stop writing to you.
