very poor service it has now been over a week snice i placed a order with you still waiting for my order

if you can not do a simple thing as this then please shut up shop so other people don't get done over by you

Sadly they have changed the packaging for the ultimate Chomper variety dog chews box not a fan on the plain box compared to how they used to package it in the white box with the bow, expecially for the amount your paying for the box the presentation and the amount you actually receive is not worth it

They also no longer have a birthday box anymore

Order 1st puppy box today. Explained he was only 8 weeks to they customised the box. Delivery within 2 working days and items looks great.

I am only judging this review on my 2 elderly GSD, F’s so have made stars to my personal experience based on those facts, I ordered 4 x 12cm, extra thick long lasting beef prizzles, I gave them 1 each and they lasted 19mins. With the 9 1/2 year old and 22 with the 11 1/2 year old,
Ok now I know they are a large dogs, but average 20mins for cost inc postage for just under £4 each, for myself isn’t what I consider long lasting, not saying for 1 minute they are not long lasting, but depends on size of the dog, just not 100% value for me at the cost.
Did try calling customer service and also email them , but no answer or no reply, so that’s another issue, but query about delivery wasn’t needed as I received it, so 2 stars lost on those points

Great company. Ordered the Puppy chomper box off them, and it came quickly and was packaged well, with leaflets telling me what they all were, what health benefits they had and if they were long lasting or not.

Price is pretty good, though as always with these you can probably get the same things a bit cheaper if you go out looking for them individually, but you are paying a bit extra for the convenience of it being delivered to your door, and honestly it is very well priced.

Food quality was very good, and the puppy loved everything. Will continue to use these.

I have used this company twice now and am impressed with the website, the order process, and delivery. Admittedly, they are local to me but even so, the package arrived when they said it would via Royal Mail. Communication has been good and if I have a query, they are very helpful. Lastly, the recipient of the goodies absolutely loves them and can't get enough! In my view, that's a winner. Will definitely be using them again and again and again.

My dog and I can't be happier.
I've been with the company for a bit under a year on a monthly subscription and add-ons. My dog LOVES it. He literally broke the shed door trying to get to the treats! The boxes are customizable in a way only a small business can do, and we found a perfect selection for my old boy. Shipping is on point every time, and customer service is great.
The owner was very attentive and thorough to answer all my questions, including environmental and animal welfare-related.
I am happy to know the treats are an inevitable byproduct of the meat industry and I do not create more demand by using them - I am reducing the waste.

Amazing choice and quality treats for your dog. I highly recommend and will continue to be a returning customer. Can't fault anything truth be told.

I had a power chopper box for my 3 month old golden retriever and he loved it! I switched to DoggyTreatBox as I had an offer and honestly what a mistake. I’ve now gone back to chomp and chew and will be running with a subscription! They don’t spam you with emails and the enclosed sheet which comes with your orders tells you everything included and whether it’s meant to last long etc. I would truly recommend! fantastic!

I ordered the puppy chomper box and I was really impressed with the quality.
It arrived in sustainable packaging and my puppy absolutely loves the chews. It seems to be really helping with his teething and it gives me some peace and quiet while he focuses on the chew.
After seeing other places that sell the things that come in this box separately and how much they cost there, I'v realised just how good value the product from Chomp and Chew is.

Brilliant!!! the variety is amaizing, assortment of 12 different chomps my puppy loves it . Service was great orderd on a Monday recived on Wednesday and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend this product I'm a very happy customer. Thank you so much 😀

Ordered a box late Friday night, received email Saturday saying it was dispatched and recieved first thing this morning (it's Monday) - incredible fast service. I will definitely be ordering with this company again, the variety is amazing and you definitely get your moneys worth. Doggo has helped himself to an ear out the box and is loving life. ❤️

Really quick delivery of great value quality products. My dog was very excited. One item was out of stock but Bernadett text and was super efficient and lovely in offering choices.

I have had a lovely experience with this dog-focused small business. They offer a variety of natural treat boxes and will gladly substitute any chews your dog doesn't like or get on with for something more appropriate. They also sell food, veggie chews, treats and all kinds of dog essentials. Everything is clearly labeled and explained. I love this website!
