Lost my package
Tracking: 045610711298408 so bad experience. Since 03/05/2017 with a order in "shipment in transit".
Since then i had been contact Chonopost to confirm where the item is and they don't know. For me they should have more control to avoid stolen / lost packages inside the company. Concluding lost my package and lost my money.
For an international company the costumer support is only in French :(
