Paid 30€ for a toy car of the quality of a dollar shop. Probably worth 5€ max. Then when i received it and was not happy with the product i sent them an email to return it. They refused saying "die to the Marie of your order" whatever that means. I reply and reminded them that BY LAW in Europe you have 14 days to return any online purchase. Then they agreed to the return as long as i pay for the shipment... And here comes the big joke... To China!!!!! So i buy in Europe under European law i can return but they can make me return it to China which cost almost as much as i spent on the product itself!!! So they are scammers for trying to deny my right to return in the first place and then also scammers for trying to pass a very cheap Chinese product for a high quality model car.. it's just a cheap toy boy work now than 4 €. Don't be filled but these scammers

No customer service whatsoever. Emailed and have had no response and used the customer chat with still No response. Haven’t received my order in over 2 weeks and doesn’t look like I’m going to. Waste of £100

I had placed an order for a pearl necklace which I thought was quite attractive online. When it arrived it was equivalent with what you would expect for the price point. Unfortunately it fell apart with an hours of putting it on the first time. These things happen so not a big issue but it was a gift so it was problematic. The issue arose when there is no way to contact the company except through email which takes them three to four days to respond, they asked for things such as pictures, you send them in then you wait another three or four days, then they respond with another email asking for the exact same things again. It's now been 3 weeks no resolution and the item that I would like to have replaced is now sold out. So 3 weeks in, still waiting for an actual communication with an actual person and not a bot sending a response to an email. The problem is is there's just absolutely no customer service or even a protocol or workflow to engage in when things don't work out such as in this case. Unfortunately I would highly recommend that you purchase products from a place that has some customer service on the back end or at least the ability to contact somebody who can resolve issues.
