Just like the review from 2022, I purchased a ring which never arrived. The confirmation email had a tracking info link which lacked any actual tracking info and the site has zero contact information on it so I too had to go through my credit card company. She contacted me later to try to “work it out directly” since the credit card was charging her a $15 fee but it was too little too late.
This website is a scam and a fraud. Purchased a ring for $33.99. They sent me a "shipment confirmed" email with no tracking number or anything. One month went by and I contacted them 4 times with no response. I never received the ring and had to file a dispute with my credit card.
