Lack of integrity and honesty, tried to hide behind the vendors to excuse their poor professionalism.

What a brilliant team! Pete put my mind at ease from the initial valuation. Nicola was beyond brilliant and a fantastic communicator. Sara then made the process of completing the sale smooth sailing providing an open channel of communication between all parties. Would really recommend. Such a fantastic local estate agent with great knowledge of the area.

First-time buyers, agreed a sale on a property which subsequently our solicitor found issues on the property which the agents would have known about and didn't inform us. After months of legal back and forth and cost, our solicitor strongly advised us to back out which we did. The estate agents then tried to gaslight us to say we knew about the issue, very unprofessional would not recommend.

Lack of professionalism to communicate. No respect or manners. Would not recommend to a client.

We had a viewing with Natalie.
When we arrived Natalie was very welcoming, polite and professional. She had a vast knowledge of the property any thing she couldn't answer she found out and came back to us with the information.
Natalie went above and beyond her duty to be helpful and managed at very short notice to take us back to the property for a second viewing on the same day as we had travelled quite a distance. Overall she was a true star.

My wife fell while viewing a property due to unsecured carpet door strip and broke her hip and was hospitalised for a week. No follow up to see how she was but 4 days after the viewing they rang me to see what I thought of the property!
