Brilliant & Supportive PT
Before starting sessions with Chris I didn't really know what I was doing in the weights section of the gym. I was unsure about starting PT but Chris suggested I try a month of sessions and see how I get on. 13 months on and I'm still going. Within the first 6 weeks of my sessions my body changed shape, I lost weight and inches. Since then I have continued to build my strength and have made continued progress. Chris is really knowledgeable and really easy to work with. He challenges me every session and ensures things are kept interesting by refreshing workouts regularly, he also offers advice on diet and lifestyle. Without Chris there is no way I'd have made the progress I have. I feel stronger and healthier as a result of the sessions and look forward to continuing to build on my progress so far.
