The contents of the mindset training course, the way it was taught by Christian and Kerstin Bischoff and its effectiveness when applied were the biggest asset for me. The authenticity and approachability of the trainers was unequalled, as was the dedication and the professionalism of their team. Good mix between live calls, live seminars, video lessons and group work. The mutual support within learning community was invaluable and key to long lasting success, beyond the time of the course. The almost 2 year duration of the course was ideal and absolutely necessary for the inner transformation processes to become effective and lasting. Best investment I have ever made into my own wellbeing.

The mindset training with Christian and Kerstin Bischof is a program that truly stands out, as it extends over a long period of at least 22 months and is divided into two modules. All topics are first taught in the initial module, and in the second module they are deepened to the point where you can confidently apply and pass them on. This allows you not only to understand the content, but to fully internalize it.
The training is highly interactive, with numerous live seminars. Participants regularly work in live triads, practicing directly with each other. In addition, it is required to conduct real coaching sessions with people in everyday life. This makes the program serious, practical, and demanding — because Christian and Kerstin place great importance on how people later coach in their name.
