I worked joint agency on a deal in Wakefield with Alex Rex from Christie and Co. The deal took 3 years and all the way through the process Alex was professional, communicated well and was instrumental to getting the deal to completion.

I just wanted to share a few words about our experience selling our dental practice.

We worked with Paul Graham as our agent, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He did a great job coordinating everything with the solicitors and kept us updated regularly, which really helped put our minds at ease. A very professional service. We completed upon the sale of a closed care home earlier this year. The process was very straightforward. Realistic expectations were set regarding the timescale to sell and the potential sale price with a set of potential interested parties already identified to approach from the firms existing network. Communication was consistent throughout the process and Simon maintained contact with all parties and their solicitors to ensure momentum upon the transaction wasn't lost.
