Nice quality, good price, excellent customer service

Bought a Christmas sweater, lovely design and quality, and fair prices, but for several reasons I ended up returning it. The process was - due to shipping issues (yes DAO I'm looking at you!) - a bit cumbersome, but the customer service at Jule-sweaters.dk was super friendly, fast and professional at all times. Would 100% buy here again, and recommend others to do so as well.

Christmas Jumper

I ordered a Christmas jumper. Item took several business days to finally be shipped. I tried to cancel my order but the Dutch email address listed on their doesn't exist (mail bounced). When I got in touch with the international customer service they answered in Danish.

The item ended up arriving too late for Christmas and is probably the smallest 'M-size' I've ever worn. All in all not a good experience.

I ordered an S size women sweater but I received a men sweater
I thought it was Danish but turned iut a China product
Low quality, bad made

Not sure if that is possible since I didn’t get a reply to my request yet

UPDATE:

you see their reply here, so facts:

1. They are able to reply to reviews, but not ro return requests
2. I have several emails to them for return request and one time filled out the return form, yet they are tellin there is nothing
3. They are sending the wrong product - I know what I rdered, it is not what I received - but not admitting they have sent a wrong product

so basically just stay away from this seller, either they do not know how to operate or they are just scam

According to your order, you received the correct item: a women’s sweater in size S. If it feels too large, that’s of course frustrating, but it’s not a men’s item based on the product/size you purchased.

Regarding origin: we are a Danish company with Danish design, but like most clothing brands, production is done at partner factories abroad (e.g. China/Bangladesh). That does not change your return rights, and we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange.

We can’t see any email from you in our customer support inbox or a case created in our return portal.

Our customer service team is back from holiday in week 2 (05/01–09/01), and they will help you as soon as they are back.

If you still haven’t heard from us after that, please message us again and we’ll investigate right away.

The size we have sent / it says in our system is the same size as you ordered. It either says xs for in the neck or xs/s, correct? 😊

I love the style of clothes

I love the style of clothes. Everything fits perfectly. But if you are looking for one specific size right before christmas be aware that it can be sold out fast.

All problems have been resolved very fast.

After a minor hiccup, I was able to return the items I bought. After all, the items they have are high-quality and well-made. So if you like Christmas, give it a try. There was an internal misunderstanding on their end, and Christoffer, the company's founder, was extremely helpful; all was resolved.

Sizing totally off and bad customer service

I ordered a jumper in size M for my husband and it was Tiny. I don’t even think it would’ve fit me. Thankfully, due to happy seasons 100 day exchange policy I was able to order a new jumper and return the old one. However, this incurred a €6 shipping fee which they refuse to refund stating it was clearly listed in their terms and conditions. However, I would argue that if the garments were sized properly that there would be no need for an exchange. Also, I returned the garment five days ago and have had zero updates about whether the return has been received or when I can expect my new order. There’s no way to contact the company via phone and the waiting time for a response is 2 to 3 days. I don’t understand why they have such high reviews based on the poor customer service.

I’m sorry it felt confusing and slow — but I also want to clarify that everything you describe is currently within our normal process and is exactly as stated in our FAQ and terms.

1) Sizing
We understand it’s frustrating when a sweater feels smaller than expected. That’s also why we have a product specific size quiz on the product page, which we strongly recommend using, since fit can vary by design, cut and material.


2) The €6 return label fee
We do not offer free size exchanges, and we don’t promise that anywhere - but you can change size within 100 days. 🎁

The €6 return label fee is clearly shown in the return flow and described in our FAQ and terms, so it isn’t something we can refund.

3) Thanks for your patience. Just to clarify: it’s completely normal not to see an update after 5 days. Our return process can take up to 10 business days from the day the parcel is sent, as it includes transit time to our warehouse, intake/registration, and then your bank’s processing time. This is also clearly stated in our FAQ and terms

We are always look into optimizing this to give you the best experience 🎅


4) Contact and response times
We answer all emails within 36 hours. We also have a phone number available in our Impressum (please note the phone line is handled by English speaking support).

If you share your order number with our support team, we’ll happily look up the exact status and confirm where your return/replacement is in the process. ☺️🎄

I recommend that you stay away from this company

I recommend that you stay away from this company based on my experience, they state that you have to email them to notify them first that you wish to return your order, and to get instructions how to return. They then wait to respond to after the 14 days of your order and notify you that unfortunately you’re no longer eligible to return, they can now only offer exchanges or a gift card for their website only, which is against the Swedish konsumentköplag, which is that you have the right to return within 14 days of delivery which they also claim to honor on their website. I’m now filing a complaint with konsumentverket to dispute this.

To add details, the 14 days is from the date of delivery per their own website and konsumentköplagen, which for me was Dec 6th thus I have the right to return until Dec 20th. Contacted company on Dec 14 notifying them that I wished to return my order based on their instructions and asked for instructions on how to return, they responded Dec 17 with link to return portal, I tried to use the portal to return but it only gave the option to exchange, contacted them again asking how to return not exchange, sent multiple follow-ups and did not hear back until Dec 30th that unfortunately I’m not allowed to return only exchange as the 14 days has passed.

Update January 9th: I received a response from the Swedish konsumentverket that based on the documentation I provided and the timeline I have the right to return my order and this company is in the wrong for refusing.

“När du köper något på nätet eller om du ingår ett avtal med en säljare utanför säljarens affärslokaler har du ångerrätt. Tiden du har på dig att ångra ditt köp kallas för ångerfrist. Ångerfristen är 14 dagar och börjar löpa den dag du tog emot varan, inte från dagen då varan exempelvis kom till ombudet. Om du vill utnyttja ångerrätten ska du lämna ett tydligt meddelande om detta till företaget, vilket jag förstår att du har gjort. Det finns inget krav på att detta måste ske på något särskilt sätt.

Du kan göra en anmälan till myndigheten Allmänna reklamationsnämnden om du inte kommer överens med eller får svar från företaget.”

missing a delivery

sadly we are still waiting for the christmas jumper delivery. we ordered them more than a week ago.
a second delivery has arrived several days ago. because of this i asked if everything goes well with our missing order.
there was no response from the team.

High return costs for a wrong send size

I ordered two sweaters in size L. One was correct and I am really happy with it. Beautiful design and very good quality (cotton).
The second one came unfortunately in the wrong size (M instead of L).
Nevertheless I had to pay 8€ to send it back. Because of this bad experience I will never order again on that webshop.

Quick response time

Easy to use the website and delivery time took only a couple of days.
