Good product and great customer support
I bought 6 wool sweaters, 4 in merino and 2 in regular.
Ordered one in a wrong size and one had a small defect around the back of the shoulder. Both cases were addressed very fast and with no fuss. Not an expert in fabric, but the quality seems quite good. Both wool types are soft, do not smell, and very warm for the fabrics thickness.

The color wore off immediately
The pyjamas I ordered turned out to be poor quality, as the color wore off on the first wash. I was happy with my earlier purchases, so this was very disappointing.

Still waiting! But christmas is over...
I bought 2 sweaters and a pair of socks; after 2 days, my order was modified without my acceptance. Today i'am still waiting for one sweater, while the first sweater and the socks have been correctly delivered.
