Chromadex warning

I have had a product sent to me, unordered.

I called and spoke with someone who seemingly took notes with a promise to get back immediately via email.

No email a week later and have called back again. No customer service agents available and straight to a leave a number cal back line, immediately followed with a disconnection. Called back, same thing happened. No true email available, Tried email message service on website, typed in all info and hit submit to receive ‘website experiencing ‘technical difficulities’ error message. Tried again, same output.
