If you need a property valuation please allow me to introduce you to the Best! Keith Chapman-Burnett of Chroma Chartered Surveyors. We needed a valuation of the Freehold of a block of eleven flats in Bournemouth to enable the Leaseholders to acquire same. Keith was professional, displayed great negotiating skills and got the job done in double quick time going far beyond normal service. Keith surveyed each flat and estimated its value. We the flat owners were informed of his estimate. Keith negotiated with the lease holder and got their counter offer down to his estimate saving the flat owners a considerable amount of money.

Keith from the Christchurch office clearly explained his role in carrying out the initial valuation and negotiating the eventual premium with my landlord. I had a brilliant experience with Chroma Surveyors right from beginning to end. I initially received quotes from hundreds of surveyors all via automated emails. in contrast Tracey from Chroma had done research on the property I was buying and contacted me in a highly personalised manner. My survey report was very detailed and thorough and included pictures to help illustrate. Tom carried out my survey and he offered to speak via phone with me following the release of the report and was extremely helpful. Both Tracey and Tom were incredibly professional throughout and it was so refreshing to be able to speak to them on the phone to relieve any concerns. I pulled out of my sale due to some of the issues raised in the report and I can easily say that for my next purchase I will 100% be using Chroma, as well as recommending them to any friends/family! Efficient and courteous service. Able to offer a survey soon after our quote, and delivered their report quite quickly too.
Would recommend the option to have photographs included in the report. The report was helpfully laid out.

Really impressed with how quickly and professionally this has been managed. We arranged the survey last Friday for the following Tuesday and we have already received the report! Super speedy but very detailed as well. In the whole process of buying our house Chroma have given the best service out of everyone, I would 100% recommend them. Competitive prices and very helpful with any questions you have. The report was detailed and with photos (you have to pay extra for this) but everything was explained clearly on the report and enabled us to see things that we had previously missed or not thought about.
