If I could leave 0 stars I would. This entire site is a scam. They changed the name in Jan 2024. Previously it was called Luxetti and also Novella. I'm usually quite clued up with things like this so I feel stupid that I fell for it. I have contacted them numerous times to which I get the same generic email telling me my order has been shipped and to be patient. I raised a dispute with my bank on my banking app and thankfully my bank gave me
the money back! Awful to scammed out of money when you don't have much to start with. Lesson learned

Avoid at all costs! Refused to cancel my order after I discovered they are a fake company. They have also gone by the name of Novolla and Luxetti!! Fake website! Payment page says they are in Spain but web page says they are in London.
