Good fire/security company
We have been with Chubb for years; they offer a great service from the 24/7 monitoring to the bi-annual fire/intruder alarm service visits and everything in between. The engineers are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Also their new website ensures you can easily access all accounts i.e. invoicing/payments/servicing/history log status, and their portal helpdesk is only a phone call away. Would highly recommend.

Chubb make it so easy for us when our annual service is due. The engineer knows the home very well and goes around to each piece of equipment and checks them thoroughly we do not need to supervise him as he knows where they all are and gives us recommendations, he gets on with the job quickly and independently and is polite to the residents and staff making conversations too
