It's really disappointing service ever!
They took my order and forgot to prepare my meal, there were no guests at all, but they seems busy. After an hour they asked me whether I ordered or not. Then I dicieded not to stay longer and took my refund and went out.
I didn't expect such service in the centre town and I will never come back or recommend to my surroundings.

The burgers are indeed very nice but think that Management can be a bit better after having a customer place an order online for delivery and it never arrived (their delivery window is 60-90min on weekends) We gave extra time, and then missed our window to make our day out for Mother’s Day. Tried calling numerous of times, no answer and also emailed (emails bounced back many hours later). Called the following day for my refund and was told someone would call me back…no one did. Then called again the following day, and fingers crossed they have given me my refund back - I still haven’t seen it come through!

The food here is amazing, great food, great selection and great service from Jubar, the gentleman gave me thorough details on the flavours and helped me make my decision, I got the Butter Chicken tenders and man I am salivating as I’m typing this, it is a must try I have to say, burger selection for me was the classic Juicy Lucy, the best I have had, you can see the cheese oozing from the burger unlike others I’ve had. Tidy and clean place, location is cozy too, oh and the shakes…delicious.

These guys have the worst service. Forgot my order and was absolutely rubbish at customer service. Don’t know how to talk. Order was burnt and late then said it’ll be another 1.5 hrs for the forgotten burger. The attitude is disgusting. Save your money don’t order.

Wings could have been a bit more on the crispy side. Ordered the naga and the mango flavoured. Expected the naga to be a bit more spicy. Wings were covered in too much sauce and probably covered as soon as they cooked it causing it to steam up in the box. However, will try again maybe the chicken tenders next and ask for it to be a little zingy. I had high expectation as it was recommended hence 3 stars.

Some girl keeps calling herself naga every time I go there

Had food from these guys a few times now and I personally believe it’s the best value for money you will find in Milton Keynes for what I call proper burgers and proper hotdogs full size meals, had gourmet and smash burgers, wings, hotdogs and in yet to find something I don’t like, would definitely recommend this place the guys in there are friendly aswell and always wanting to be helpful. Great overall service 👍🏻

Made an order on Uber eats, waited 45 minutes to get told the restaurant has cancelled my order, called the restaurant and they tried to blame Uber eat’s saying they don’t deliver to my area, update you delivery radius and don’t waste people’s time, terrible service avoid!!!

I ordered a variety of food to try from here and all of it was fantastic. The garlic parm wings were really good, lots of flavour. The BBQ wings were also great, the sauce was spot on. The crunch of the wings had been lost a little bit to the sauce but that was nothing to complain about.
The mac and cheese croquettes were really good, very packed and heavy. A good portion for the price.
Lastly, the smash burger I had was otherworldly.
