My husband ordered a gluten free selection for me. They were delivered well packed and in good condition. We have of course shared the pies. Fabulous shortcrust and full of flavour. Didn't taste like gluten free so had to keep checking. Thankyou.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If you do not recieve your order they will not replace it or refund you. They shift the blame to you saying you should have been there. Disgusting absolutely appaling.
My delivery was left on a busy footpath on a main road and they are classing this delivery as successful. They never attempted a neighbour, never attempted a safe place, never attempted to take it back with them, they chose to leave in the most vulnerable open place posisble with a note saying take me. I never recieved this order nor will they replace or refund me. I am out of pocket.
DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. SHAME ON YOU. DISPICABLE. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS MY FRIENDS BUSINESS, MY FAMILYS BUSSINESS AND MY COLLEAGUES BUSINESS.
SHAME ON YOU!

Great Customer Service
I have placed a few orders with them over the years for Xmas gifts and the recipients have never been disappointed. My ordering this year has not gone so smoothly but the fault lies entirely with me; Louise is Customer Service has been absolutely brilliant in sorting everything out for me. Result is loyalty from me in future.

I ordered a pack of eight Pasties and was hoping for the best especially with the pasties coming from Devon who claim they make better pasties than in Cornwall. I was so very much disappointed when I started to eat my pasties, they were awful and tasteless. The pastry tasted like cardboard, I now have another 6 in the pack to eat which I'm not looking forward too

Very Disappointed
Orders 16 pasties 8 steak 8 Cheese and onion and they've gone in the bin
As soon as they arrived already cooked I knew that they would be dry once reheated.
The potato was hard and the beef was gristly and stringy and both flavours very bland and the pastry dry
I swear the nations taste buds don't work anymore if this company is getting so many good reviews
Not in a position to be wasting £60 very disappointed

First time trying.
First time trying.
Well I don't know how they've won awards?
Because they're dry and the potato hard.
The flavour is most definitely not there..
Will be sticking to Ivor Dewney
Stuck with loads of awful pasties

Easy to order and extremely well packaged. I found the giant pasty wasn’t to my taste. Too much potato and not enough meat. However the cheese and onion pasty and steak pie were excellent. I will definitely be ordering again.
S&K not S&M Delight…
I’m pretty sure I’ve already left reviews for all the stuff I ordered from Chunk but hey, who gives a damn, this particular piece of pie poetry deserves even more praise, please allow me to explain why, When I placed my order I froze most of it (not all, just most) and only yesterday did I take one of the Steak & Kidney Pies out to defrost in time for lunch today and when I looked at the wrapper I was instantly dismayed and disappointed for it read, “…diced kidney”. Damnation and curses burst forth from my mouth as I contemplated a replica of those ghastly pies that lurk these days (including Pukka’s own - which my daughter, when very young, once exclaimed upon seeing a poster for them, “Pukey Pies? Yeuch!” how perceptive she was) where they mince the kidneys, but hold fast dear reader and bear with me. When I heated up my pie this lunchtime (following Herculean efforts of DIY during the morning), I forlornly tucked into it expecting nothing but disappointment, only to be instantly filled, nay, deeply filled (like the pie) with joy to discover I am a moron and had mistaken the word “diced” to mean “minced” when in fact large morsels of delicious kidney were in abundance! This is a beautiful construction, a gastronomic delight and no doubt a cure for of the world’s maladies (except perhaps the deranged Cheeto faced one, not sure anything can remedy that), it should be a national treasure, truly it is something from the Gods!

The products well described.
Delivery fantastic.
The packaging lovely.
Then the pasties were fantastic. We had a selection of steak, chicken and chorizo, and vegetable. They were all 10/10 flavour fillings pastry. Pies we had were steak and kidney and just steak. Fantastic aswell.
And then the pork pies were fantastic. Filling and pastry. Cannot fault any of what we have tried so far.
2nd order came today.
Will be ordering often.
Absolutely deeee-licious
Ordered a mix of pies sausage rolls and both were absolutely delicious. Have already recommended to friends and family and will be ordering again very soon.
Disappointed
What, can I say.
After, enjoying chunk of devon pies & pasties, I tried their pork pie.
Very , very disappointed.
Pastry, very dry.
Meat, gave a teste of black pudding, rather than pork.
Won't be purchasing the pork pie again.

Great pies
We regularly order pies or pasties from Chunk of Devon and they are really tasty pies. Easy to cook and can make a nice midweek meal. Recommend the sheep pie in particular.

Pie as it should be.
I took delivery of my eight box of chicken bacon and leek pies and steak and ale pies.
Such a good service, delivered professionally by dpd in a well presented box stacked with ice packs for freshness. Omg, absolutely cramed with meat, in a stunningly delicious tasting sauce. Smelt absolutely fantastic as soon as the pie was cut.the pastry earned full marks for light crispness with a wonderful flavour.
Hmmmm,Not sure about the word chunk in the product name, but lovely pie, can't wait to try the steak and ale.
