Cutest styles, but not cheap

I have bought hair accessories from Chunks three different times in the past two years, and my experience has always been great! Their designs are super cute and match my style well. I have straight, shoulder-length medium-thickness hair and the nimbus claws fit well for my entire head of hair, if not a little roomy. The mini claws don't fit much of my hair, and even for a half-up bun I need to use 2 for it to feel secure. I'm fine with this though because I like to mix and match the designs and I tend to wear them with a bubble pigtail look, or around a ponytail. I remember buying my blue wave clip hoping it would fit all my hair, but it definitely doesn't so I use it for half up styles. All my items are in great shape and the quality seems like they will hold up in the test of use and time! I always get compliments when I wear them, and I have defintely recommended Chunks to friends, one who actually went and bought some in a joint purchase we made (to save on shopping costs). Chunks' customer service is also great: I had made an order, and one of the claws I wanted went out of stock, but I saw they were back a few days later before my order was shipped. So I emailed them asking if they could add it to my order, and Kim responded promptly and made this super easy, plus she honoured the sale price I would have gotten originally.

As a Canadian customer, I have two unfortunate cons about shopping with Chunks: 1. The prices of the products when converted to CAD are definitely up there, considering they are already quite a bit more expensive than other hair accessories we see around. Though I am happy to support a smaller, women-owned business, that also seems to have more responsible manufacturing than elsewhere. Plus their designs are defintely superior to anything else out there for me! 2. In my experience, shipping to Canada is not the quickest, my orders having taken near a month to arrive each time. And it's not like the shipping cost is on the cheap side either. Like I mentioned earlier, I made a joint purchase with a friend recently to cut down on the costs there for the both of us. But obviously these cons were not deterant enough to keep me from ordering from them several times, I just couldn't resist and now have a little collection, so I would still recommend.
