We do not engage in the removal of dates or any similar practices. All our products come with stickers displaying the date, food label, and other information required by NZ standards.
Regarding the shipping fee, any order below $99 incurs a shipping cost of a minimum of $6, which is a nominal fee in line with industry standards. This fee was displayed to you before checkout. While shipping can sometimes seem costly, from the company’s perspective, sending four bags of chips actually costs us more than what we charge for shipping.
