Absolutely no stress what so ever.

the assistance they offered when our car was hit as well as the care and support in getting a courtesy car sorted and of course the repairs itself. They really took the stress of this particular incident off our shoulders and we were very grateful for what they did for us.

Terrible insurance company

Terrible insurance company. I have been a customer for several years. On the one time I’ve submitted a claim, due to a hit and run to my vehicle. Despite providing them with dash cam footage where I was told on several occasions that it wasn’t my fault and the dash cam footage supported this. I still had to pay the excess to have my vehicle repaired. After several months of constantly having to contact them as no regular updates were given, 7 months later I’m told that because the reg of the other car was not provided as it was a hit and run and my dash cam didn’t pick up the reg, that I won’t be able to claim back my excess and that my premium has now double. What an absolute joke. I will never be insuring with this company again.

Received renewal notice

Received renewal notice, and without any claims at all my car premium went up 160% for next years' cover. Just like that. Cancelled auto-renewal instantly. Comparison sites gave identical insurance quotes at @ 5%; and lots of choice
