My renewal had an excessive price rise…

My renewal had an excessive price rise given no claims being made and as loyal customer called to ask for better quote from helpful member of staff which was closer to last years price and accepted at once.

Once I got past the mobile phone…

Once I got past the mobile phone problems and onto my PC, it was great. Maybe it was my phone, but was a bit faffy obtaining the security code.

I let my insurance roll over…

I let my insurance roll over because this years premium wasn’t a great deal different to last years and was comparable with similar quotes on comparison web sites.

Churchill is not worth it

Churchill i thought were a reputable company however after my car got damaged by a bus they handled the situation terrible expecting the customer to chase up third party as they kept sending letters to go to court... and they didnt fix my car properly and when i returned it for it to be fixed properly they refused stating that an impact on one side can not fault a sensor on the opposite side... they are a terrible insurance company with terrible handling and communication and are very tight and uneducated in the repair of vehicles! I do not recommend

Absolutely no stress what so ever.

the assistance they offered when our car was hit as well as the care and support in getting a courtesy car sorted and of course the repairs itself. They really took the stress of this particular incident off our shoulders and we were very grateful for what they did for us.
