I ordered a dress but the wrong size was sent. When I contacted the company I had to send many pictures with a tape measure to show the size of the dress. Fair enough.
They admitted fault. BUT to get the correct size dress sent they told me I had to pay for shipping of the correct size dress! Not sure why they expected me to pay to correct their error?
After many emails back and forth, I raised a dispute with PayPal. Chyrbaby then said they would send me the correct dress at no cost to myself but I must close the dispute. Having low confidence that they would actually send the dress, and I wouldn't be able to reopen the dispute I refused. Stale mate.
So I raised the level of dispute with PayPal for them to sort it out and got a refund.
It was a shame because I really liked the dress and thought the quality was ok for the price.
If you try to email them I think they use AI to respond. Makes it difficult to find a resolution to any issues!

terrible experience. the item I purchased was not as pictured, the quality was very poor, cheap materials. The refund process is ridiculous. They would not refund my money only offered to exchange however I didn’t want another poor quality item. so disappointing. who can I report them to for misleading advertising,

It was very easy to purchase from the site and all your dresses are beautiful however, there are a lot of negative reviews and that left me very concerned. I am hoping they’re all wrong and this dress comes through is perfect. I’m hoping that I can give you rave reviews when it gets here please hurry thank you.

I wanted to return the product I bought and they refused my 14 day right to the digital consumer act from the UK by having very misleading clauses on their website about how their products are “crafted by hand”. Obviously every product is crafted by hand!!! But they use that against you.
Honestly such a waste of time, the worst customer service and definitely the worst website you can buy for. Terrible dress as well. Not worth your time and money, run as far away as you can from these scammers.

All went well with ordering. The reviews of the website aren’t good, so I’m anxious to see what the product looks like.

Purchased two dresses at a cost of $258.00. Dresses arrived and they were the complete opposite of the picture. The fit was atrocious and the material they were made of looked nothing like what was pictured. They were extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to return them they said they looked just like the picture. Only offered 12% back on the total I paid. Zero out of 10 do not recommend.

Extremely disappointing purchase and poor customer service.
I ordered the Lapel Embroidered Flowers Maxi Dress from Chyrbaby (Order CHYFZI08791) and paid $147.69, expecting to receive the dress shown in their product photos.
The main reason I purchased this dress was the elegant structured neckline and folded collar design clearly shown on the website. However, the dress I received was noticeably different in this area. The upper section lacked the advertised structured tailoring and distinctive collar detail, which significantly changed the overall appearance of the dress.
This was not a minor variation or a matter of personal preference. The design itself was clearly different from what was advertised. For a dress at this price point, customers should receive an item that accurately reflects the product images.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the response from customer service. When I contacted them to request a refund and explained the clear design differences, they repeatedly insisted there was no difference in design and dismissed my concerns as simply a matter of “preference,” despite photographic evidence showing otherwise.
The quality also did not reflect the premium price charged.
I feel misled by the product presentation and disappointed by the refusal to properly acknowledge the issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Chyrbaby to proceed with caution and carefully check independent reviews before purchasing.

I bought three dresses from chyrbaby and the quality was extremely bad. Before ordering I checked their return policy. Upon trying to return they have sent 4 emails asking for my measurements and pictures of me in the dress, anything to keep from sending a label to return the dresses. I order lots of clothing on line and have never dealt with a company that is so horrible. It is illegal for them to demand for me to send pictures of myself online. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this website. There are many more good companies to choose from. I am going to put my experience out on instagram and all over social media to expose this company.

I recently placed an order in late March for 4 dresses and spent USD 500 in total. Even thought it was a little expensive, but I was hoping to receive what I have seen on their website (all AI models pictures).

If you have not placed an order yet or cancelled order with them also be able to get back refund, please consider yourself lucky. I wish I had cancelled mine.

I finally received 4 dresses with nearly 20 emails back and forth. I have been waiting for nearly 30 days instead of 10 days as they stated on their webpage. Those dresses' quality are a far cry from the advertised photos:

They used coarse blue threads rather than transparent or silver thread to sew down silver sequins/crystals.

Another dress had a completely different structure—the shoulder literally collapsed and slumped down because it lacked any tailoring. It does not stay on body in the manner advertised.

The lace detailing on the chest does not match the product description or images provided online.

My Interaction with the Merchant:
When I attempted to share these defects on their social media, my comments were hidden, and my account was restricted. Furthermore, the merchant offered me a small partial refund (up to 25%) only if I agreed to close my formal bank dispute.

Observations on Transparency:
While the brand presents a Western image, please check carefully in their website and you will find discrepancies. My order was finally shipped from China, and the service hours stated on webpage aligned with China Standard Time before. Prospective buyers should be aware of this, especially regarding potential return shipping costs.

My advice:
If you value product accuracy and transparent customer service, I suggest exercising extreme caution. For those who have already experienced similar issues, I recommend seeking assistance through your credit card's formal dispute process rather than accepting inadequate compensation.

I ordered a dress from Chyr Baby and then looked at reviews. I saw that they had some pretty bad reviews so I got scared and canceled my order and ordered a different dress from another sute. I had nothing but great experience getting my money back. It was back in my account in 3 days. Now makes me sad I canceled my order because I believe I would have received my dress.

The dresses are not as described in color or material. The 14 day easy return policy is not the truth. I have been trying to get these dresses returned for almost a month with no success. They keep trying to offer me the dresses with a 25% refund when I paid hundreds for the dresses. What am I to do with something that doesn't fit, nor is it the quality I was expecting?

Terrible and horrific experience. Do not fall for the quick delivery. It is a lie. It took twice as long as promised, even though I paid express shipping. The easy return is also a lie. They do everything possible so you do not return the dress. They offer you a 10 to 15% refund and you can keep the dresses. They claim to have a warehouse in the United States, but that is not for returns. Returns need to be made to China at your own expense. And they emphasize that there’s always a risk of the package being lost. I made a negative comment on Instagram and they blocked me. I also made negative comments on Tik Tok and they disappeared. If you look at the reviews on their website, all of them are good. I did not find one negative comment. That is so suspicious.

Ordering was easy however their Hassle Free Returns were anything but that. Their shipping times are also not adhered to. Shipping says 3-10 days and it took over a month to receive 1 item. When contacted to return what I received it took another month of arguing back and forth. Their final offer was to credit me 20% and I keep the item. I was not allowed to return nor did they take any responsibility for the month long delay to receive. As far as the item I didn't receive- it simply hadn't been shipped yet. By this time it was 6 weeks later and they said they were still making the dress and it was almost done so they incurred expenses that needed to be recovered and would only allow a 70% refund. Their argument was that their policy on cancellations was 50%, and they were being gracious to give me 70%. I argued that it had been 6 weeks and they didn't follow their own policy so I should be refunded all my money. (Plus it doesn't take 6 weeks to sew a dress.) We went back and forth by email because there is no phone number- probably 1-2 dozen times. Don't fall for their Hassle Free Returns because it doesn't happen. I should've read reviews first before ordering but have never had problems and I didn't even think about it. This company picks and chooses which policies they want to enforce and of course it's the ones in their best interest.

Scam company. The dresses advertised are not what you will receive. I received a dress mailed from China that was cut completely differently, with chest pads sewn in all the way up near my collar bones, and the draping of the chest and skirt was non-existent compared to the site photos. I actually think the dress photo may have been AI in hindsight. I complained about the poor quality and construction of the dress, expecting them to offer free return shipping. Instead, I was told that returns are not free, and that despite the fact that they list their warehouse as being in Everett, WA, returns need to be shipped to China out of the buyers pocket, which they said averages $60. They said I would be responsible for customs fees on top of that, and that if the package was lost in transit, I wouldn't receive a refund and I would have spent upwards of $75 for the shipping/fees for a dress that cost about $100. The most they ended up doing for me was refunding 20%, which was like pulling teeth with all the back and forth I had to do.
