Hi, to be honest working with CI-Associates has been a good and unique discovery for me.
I have been working with investment advisers for several years, but this is different, it is personalized, close and they have definitely met my expectations

Excellent service level with trustful advise in terms of financial planning. I personally like the possibility of reaching consulting any time with immediate answer to my doubts.
Only space for improvement is to further explain which are the transactional costs of services hired and better explanations for exit strategies in those transactions that matter.

CI Associated contacted me about a year ago and the overall process was very smooth. I was afraid they were going to be pushy and try to shove whatever product down my throat but it felt exactly the opposite.

These guys are a waste of time. They tell you what you want to hear to get your money. Once they have it you will never hear from them. They have lost over £10k of my pension.
Still today i am struggling to hear from them.
Avoid at all costs. I am not the only one having issues with these guys. Many of us from the forces did this and are looking at legal action.
