Absolute garbage! Material is extremely cheap, the sizes are wrong and the style is nothing like the picture. It took a month and they will not refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

DO NOT purchase from this supplier unless you're Asian. I ordered 5 pairs of pants, a jump suit and a dress. Only one pair of pants fit and nothing else. These clothes are made for Asian bodies NOT Western European figures. There was NO room in the derriere for a woman's body. None.
After a lot of correspondence they offer $20 refund, then $40, then $60. I spent $160. How is this a solution? They claimed it is too expensive to ship them back yet the shipping address is NY. I am going to try to get satisfaction but DO NOT purchase from this supplier.

The worst experience in online shopping.
Poor quality, sizes ridiculously small, poor fabric. Not at all like advertized on their website.

This is the worst experience I have ever had! These garments came, The sizing was totally off, they were cheap and substandard in quality, and they smell toxic. They don’t tell you upfront, that you can’t return them. The postage back to China is astronomical, I spent 98+ dollars and they refunded me $21.80 and I had to keep their crap! Save your money, this is the last time I’m doing business with a Chinese company. I will order from any other country but China from now on! 😡

I wanted to respond to Ms. Kincheloe's posting of July 16, 2021. She said she was told to list $10 as the value on the shipping form. She didn't know why. The reason: If she filed a claim for "lost in the mail", she would only have been entitled to receive $10.00. More fraudulent practices. Horrible.

I also purchased merchandise from this sight, and what I received was supposed to be Linen and cotton, or just linen. The material was very, very thin and the sizing was off. I had paid $69 for my products and they first offered me $12, plus keep the items, then $18 plus items. I turned both down, sent a photo of the items I had received and finally was given an address to return the merchandise. Even though I paid $69, I was instructed to declare the value of the parcel below $10, or they would not be able to receive the parcel. Don't know what that was about. I valued it at $69, so we will see if I receive a refund. I may end of with nothing.
Oh, yes, the cost to return the merchandise was $27.75.

Horrible product. I thought I was getting hand made organic clothes and it is more or less plastic and very poorly made. Complete rip off. Do not buy.

Ciaopania…….Poor quality and sizing!!! I’m a petite and ordered a medium. The dress would not fit over my head. Basically, there is no return policy. An offer of 40% back and keep the item! What good does that do????? Even though items look cute…..beware!!! This company should not exist!!!

Total misrepresentation of the reality of your product. Never received product ordered. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking people's $$$, you will reap what you sew pun intended.

Sizing is all wrong, not linen.

I had the same experience as everyone else here. Misrepresented sizing (MUCH too small), no return address, cannot easily contact anyone by email even though they state that you can, after over 2 weeks and 15+ emails they offered no refund. Actually they offered 30% and stated it would be too much trouble and expense to mail it back internationally (even though label on my package had a shipping dept address in California) and tried to get me to drop my complaint with PayPal, because it was not “convenient” for them. I replied “ you can refund 60% and I’ll drop it, but I still lose 40% and get stuck with an unusable item, so YOU owe ME.” This will go nowhere, because they have zero intention of doing anything but RIPPING ME OFF. BEWARE!!! How PayPal can condone this is beyond me!

Clothing is too small to put on. No customer service. No return. No refund.

Actually, make that zero stars! I am so frustrated and dissatisfied with this company and have just filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am kicking myself for not having read reviews before ordering. I concur with all of the negative reviews above. This company is a scam. The clothing that I received looked nothing like the pictures and was made out of cheap fabric. The sizes are ridiculously small so none of the four items that I ordered fit me. When I try to return them, I was offered a fraction of my cost as a refund and that I could keep the merchandise which of course I have no use for. This company should be banned from the Internet so that nobody else falls into their trap. Living and learning!

Apron dress is tiny and has no rear fasteners! Ordered large though I wear medium; this is so small I can't use it at all...

The quality of the merchandise is crappy. When I suggested I wanted to return the items, I was told that it would cost over $30.00 to return the items to China although they had a domestic shipping address, they would not accept the goods at that address. They were willing to offer a partial credit which I accepted to be done with them. Never again!

Don't buy from this company. Shipping was very slow, even though they charged my credit card the days I placed the order, but when I tried to cancel the order they said they couldn't because it had been packed. The quality of the garments is terrible. Items advertised as being made from a cotton / linen blend are actually made from poor quality cotton or rayon. Workmanship is terrible, sizes are irrelevant and inconsistent, All in all this company sells substandard products. It is the worst company I have ever purchased from. Don't be fooled by their pretty ads. Save your money and don't order from this company.

I actually received the items I ordered, but they were not linen/cotton blends as advertised. They are made of polyester and are unattractive. I tell my children all the time- if it’s too good to believe, don’t. I should have listened to myself.

Sent for a dress. Poor sheet like material. XL probly a 12-14. Would have used for a nightdress if large enough.

I read the reviews here after I ordered. I was very nervous. I wrote to them and demanded a refund. Correspondence with them is weird for sure... but I just received everything I ordered and it is exactly what I ordered and the quality is good enough. I didn't order linen... or expensive stuff. I ordered 3 dragonfly shirts, a ring, a bracelet, and a pin for my niece. I'm pleased that I ordered and I'm relieved I had a decent experience and I like what I received.

It is my experience that whatever you buy online from companies that advertise through FB is horrible stuff that comes from China. Never order stuff from companies that you do not know. I am so glad that I searched for reviews before ordered from a company ‘Ciaopania’. They are fraudulent. Don’t be tempted!
