Order never came, customer service never responded
Ordered some CBD oil and received email confirmation of my purchase.
Product never turned up and I have emailed their customer service twice, with no response.
Feels like I’ve been scammed which is surprising given how good the companies reviews seem to be.

Previous experience was very good
Previous experience was very good, however recent service has been lacking. Ive had a number of issues with my last 3 orders, with little or no explanation of why my items weren't delivered and very generic response from the CS team. My last order was placed on 25th Dec and after a number of emails and lack of desire to resolve had to request a refund . I have since advised that I won't be ordering again. Shame as stated, no previous issues is why I have selected 3 stars not 1.
