The hash rosin did not meet my expectations. I was expecting freshly pressed live rosin. The vendor refunded half of it in a coupon. The flower is medium quality and is not really pleasant to vape. I will admit it is strong though so smoking it might be nicer. The gummies did not really work for me but could be my tolerance.

This could have been a simple “sorry for the response delay, it was inexcusable, I have processed your refund” in which case, I would have removed the review.
Instead, this company sent me screenshots of my emails in the spam box. They must not’ve realised when telling me that it is only me with this issue that they showed me another email that is stating to be waiting for a reply. Also, a GDPR issue showing emails/names without consent?
This company have tried to claim to Trustpilot that my review was for another domain (a common tactic to get a review removed) Though, they have since retracted that.
This company had tried to place blame on me even though I was told in the Order confirmation to contact them on their email. The company’s claims that email is not for support were false until they changed the wording on the website. From my proof, this was after my review, but they deny this of course.
I followed their own written instructions, yet was ignored for weeks and then blamed for not using WhatsApp instead. It’s insulting.
If you specifically state to contact via email on the order confirmation email, there is no reason to assume that anyone would need to make contact via a different platform.
While they claim I should have used WhatsApp, a customer has every legal right to use email for formal records, especially regarding a breach of contract. They since realised this.
I will not be bullied into feeling like I did the wrong thing for using a standard communication channel that this company ignored for weeks.
Under UK consumer law (which applies since they are offering shipping to UK), a business cannot dictate that you must use a third-party social media app like WhatsApp to exercise your legal rights (i.e cancelling an order after over 30 days of non-deliverance).
Any decent business should know the consumer right of the countries that they ship to and allow payment from.
The company are complaining that it took 4 hours to find my order. That is an admission of internal incompetence, not a fault on my part. A professional business should be able to find an order in 30 seconds.
They have since retracted this.
The company was a lot more polite and honest over email than they had been responding to this trustpilot review, admitting that they understand they were in the wrong. But that quickly changed. Since emailing them to let them know of their unprofessional behaviour on trustpilot, their emails became very hostile and personal.
In my experience, it is clear that while they provide service to those who use WhatsApp, a customer who uses email and expects basic professional standards and honestly will be met with insult. “Huge loss of time” was the initial. Upon email, a “weak individual”. I have the full email chain as evidence of this, it is with Trustpilot directly.
Hence their attempt to remove my review for defamation failed.
They have since changed their reply to a more rational one, after an outburst of accusations, and threatening with court proceedings if I don’t change the review within 5 days. This also sits with trustpilot.
To anyone ordering, make sure you follow their website, and not what they tell you on your order confirmation or otherwise this is how they may treat you!

I placed an order on February 17th which reached a UK hub on February 20th and has not moved since (not a customs issue). While I understand logistics issues can happen, the reason for my 1* review is the customer service has been non-existent.
I emailed on March 7th and then finally on March 19th (citing my legal rights to cancel after 30 days of non-delivery) and received no response at all, despite their website promising a 24-hour working day response time. Because my attempts to resolve this directly were ignored for over two weeks, I have had to recover my funds through a bank dispute. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Thank you for the response. To clarify the facts for other customers: The order was placed on February 17th. My first follow-up email was sent on March 7th, and my cancellation notice was sent on March 19th after 30 days of non-delivery.
The bank dispute was raised last night (after promising you 48 final hours to resolve).
While I acknowledge your apology regarding the 'spam' folder, it is disappointing that it took a public review to trigger a response after two weeks of silence. You are now claiming my review to be inaccurate, elaborate for me what is inaccurate in my review? I have noted your refund confirmation. For now, the rating remains due to the poor communication, lies and the necessity of public escalation to resolve a basic situation.

Im giving it 2 starts just because they gave a bit of freebies and the product where what they where described as but when it came to measuring the products almost all of them came short with 0.2-0.3grams missing ( i ordered in small quantity 2grams per pack) and instead of receiving 2grams of hash i got 1.6grams, i sent 3 emails already asking for compensation of some sort or atleast a discount but they refused to answer it. The high was actually somewhere about nice but the costumer service is really bad.
