I had a great experience with the Customer Service.
I placed an order hoping to wear the bodysuit on the NYE, but unfortunately the carrier lost my parcel.
After I reached out to the Customer Service, they sent me a replacement super quickly. I was so happy to receive it on Dec 31. Highly recommend!

Eyecather, I would recommend wearing a bra as a women with a big chest
Great costumer service and really fast delivery. The piece is very beautiful and an eyecather.
As an advice for my girlies with a big chest like me or plus size women: I would recommend wearing a bra underneath because the piece is very reveiling and can look a bit too sexy. And I promise it still looks sexy with a bra, but just a bit more classy :)

Slow customer service
The top arrived with holes in it. They were extremely slow to tell me how to return. Once I had returned it, at my own expense, no refund was issued for 3 weeks. They said emails went to spam and the return was never delivered to their warehouse, despite tracking showing it had. I have now received a full refund, 6 weeks since I emailed regarding the holes.

Communication is great, the owner is extremely helpful and replies quickly. She was able to find me 1 item left in stock and made it available to purchase on the website when I was ready. I really like the bodysuit, it fits well and feels nice on. However, I’m a little disappointed. The color looks noticeably different in real life compared to what’s shown on the website. The rhinestones keep falling off as well:/ so beware of that.

10/10 Quality & Customer Service
At first I was disappointed because when the bodysuit that in my original order had a hole in it. But I emailed the customer service team and not only did they get back to me in under 12 hours, but they immediately sent me a new one!
The bodysuit itself looks AMAZING on, let me tell you. I have a couple parties coming up that I'm so excited to wear them to :)

I just received my tops, and they look just as good in person as on the website/instagram - nice quality as well. The delivery took longer than expected which sucked because everything else was so seamless.. The costumer service was great though and they were really helpful.
