So, a long review. We used to have a Tivusat Box with the dish for 22 years here in the UK. Then we moved where it was no longer possible to erect a dish. Our eldest son organized the delivery of the Cibortv equipment and subscription. Wow! What an amazing invention after years of having problems with the dish and signal if there was bad weather. Today one of the Channels was still not working - since yesterday. I contacted Cibortv Customer Services via their email - even via Facebook messenger - and within minutes I received a response. I was amazed! I was informed that the problem had now been fixed! It sure was! One very happy 90 year old Neapolitan husband who relies on watching the Italian TV. Yours truly too who is his Primary Carer. Thanks Cibortv for being so pro active with an excellent Customer Service. No doubt you monitor 24/7 as your Cibortv is used Worldwide. We also disconnected the box and took it with us when we went to stay with our eldest for a long weekend! One very happy husband I can tell you. As long as he has his Italian TV we are ALL happy in our clan! Thanks a bunch guys! Take care.

I have had CiborTV for almost a month, and I love being abole to watch Italy's national and regional TV channels , as well as some other channels from other countries. I am immersing myself in the language and culture while picking up Italian words and phrases for my use when visiting Italy.

Technical help is super patient and helpful. They do not rest until they have helped you. I received help immediately and that made me happy. I have two boxes, one in the US and one in Europe for my mom. My mom's box needed to be updated but she is elderly and does not know how it all works, so it was not really an easy task to help her, but with the assistance of the technicians we made it. My mom is happy so I am happy. THANK YOU for helping us yet again. My mom and I can watch the same shows at the same time and it feels as though we were together. Can't thank you enough!

The worst customer service I ever experienced, box went bad, on the website it says they’ll exchange your box if it malfunctions at no fault of the user, false, but then when you bring that up, they say check the terms & conditions where they say they won’t cover the box after a year, also paid for a yearly subscription for the past four years now that my box doesn’t work they won’t credit me for my 6 remaining months. I asked if I can get a new box that way I can keep renewing and they refuse, so they rather lose a customer forever rather than sending a new box? Poor decision making and poor customer service. I will never use Cibor again. Yes you replied multiple times telling me to buy another box at 30% off lol good job! Spend more money for your messed up product, brilliant idea, to add another thing you claimed you checked my box and I didn’t even have it plugged in, quit the bs, you guys suck

I am having intermittent connection issues with the newly installed Cibor TV box.
Once we connect and start watching a show, within about 2 minutes, the screen blacks out, a message on the screen reads "no input at HDMI" and then 30 seconds later we reconnect to Cibor TV again. This cycle repeats itself. I installed a DSL rated at 18 mbps and the Cibor TV speed test shows us we are connected at 15 mbps. We also tried an update in the Settings and the message says we are up to date.
How can I contact Cibor to help resolve the issue?
Since the on-off cycle keeps happening, I am thinking there is some buffering issue. The speed is not the problem. Maybe we need a new box. Please help.

You took away all my tv shows!!! And your movies are horrible. We are 2 retired italo-americano & enjoyed watching our favorites tv series at night. Now all you have is Don Matteo (which we have watched for the 2nd time) and a few others tv shows. Go back to your old formats. This is horrible. Sorry but i can't recommend your service to my friends. Unhappy customers.

This service would have to be the worst we have ever had !! It started off okay but as time went on their streaming has major issues and no channels can be watched. They have then gone and done an UPDATE, removed all the old channels which were amazing movies and tv shows , with movies now made in the early 1900’s and not tv shows but reality shows. I have contacted them more times than I can count and their responses are always we are sorry !! We are at your disposal !! Every email I have sent they always blame the internet speed. Our internet is one of the best there is .
My father is 97 years of age this was all he ever watched now it’s impossible !!
I would NOT RECOMMEND their services as they are appalling!!
Either fix the issues or at least have someone contact us , not that hard !!
