This is by far the most unreliable company I have ever order clothes from. I ordered two dresses. One of them arrived today after about 4 month of me placing the order. Where is the other dress? Unable to contact PayPal because I made the purchase as a guest I don't have an account with them. Please do your selves a favor, DON'T order from this company

I had a terrible experience ordering from this brand. I had originally ordered a pair of joggers for £20 to find out a week later they want another £20 to get my item through customs but I didn’t know this was expected due to usually paying the price which is needed, when I checkout at any online website. Only then they emailed me saying if I don’t pay for the customs price they will cancel so that’s what I waited for and expected which is what I wanted to happen in the first place.. days after they also sent me two of the same letter, which said what the email had previously said when I had read it. I will not be buying from these people again due to trying to con me out of my money which I refuse to let happen!

I received my order today after waiting for almost 4 weeks being that I paid for the 5-8 day expedited shipping which cost an extra $19.00. I been back and forth with this company for the last two weeks about refunding my $19.00 and they act like they can't comprehend!!! Do Not buy anything from this company the clothes are so cheap and there customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever gotten!!!!! I cannot express how horrible this clothing website is. My order took about 7 weeks to arrive when I paid extra for expedited shipping & they emailed me back saying to please allow more time . I asked for a return label because my 2 items arrived while I was at the hospital giving birth. I didn’t even get to wear any of them & my Maternity photoshoot didn’t happen because of it. They said they don’t provide return labels so they sent me the address to send them back to but it’s the most confusing address giving you extra details that didn’t make any sense. They offered me a 15% refund which then lead to 25% after I was trying my best to return it. They said “we recommend to keep it & sell it otherwise you will be spending a lot of time & return shipping money” 🤦🏻‍♀️ Seriously don’t buy from this site. I understand it’s during the pandemic but 7 weeks ?! When I paid extra for faster shipping & it said 5-8 days. Maybe 3 weeks but 7 ?! Horrible ! Now I’m stuck with 2 maternity dresses & a 25% refund only

I ordered a jacket on 8th April and paid extra delivery for it to arrive between “8-15” days. It’s been two months and still hasn’t arrived, I’ve emailed them twice, they respond quickly and did send me a tracking link which wasn’t helpful and hasn’t been updated for weeks. They tell me to “wait for more time” due to the pandemic which is understandable however is ridiculous as I paid extra postage and I’ve received all my others items from other countries quicker.

This site deserves no star. My husband bought me a couple of jackets back in March for my birthday. We should've done our research. In April we emailed them about our package. They were quick to respond to say that 28 business days were not up and to be patient and gave us a tracking link. We waited. At the beginning of may I contacted them again and got the excuse that due to covid 19 things might take a bit longer and to be patient. A week later my husband contacted them wanting a refund, they said that because the package was shipped we had to refuse the package and send it back. We explained that we never recieved the package. And what we got was "be patient". Now first week of June, still no package. I message them again and demand for a refund, they give me the same response as my husband but I told them no that I was done being patient and I wanted a refund and there was no way to refuse a package that never arrived. Now everytime I email them I get an automated response such as "refuse the package" or "be patient". Never ever buy from this site, they are scam artists, you won't recieve your package and will be out of money spent. I even tried to go to their site to try and find another means of communication and I couldn't find anything, it won't even let me click on info and refunds tab but it will let me click on shopping tab. I am going to try and find a way to report this site and hopefully get something done.

I ordered a pair of shoes from them in late April, 2020. My bank account was charged 55.35 on April 27. I received an update on May 6th stating the shoes had been shipped.

As of June 8th, i have not received any further communication from the seller. I opened a dispute with paypal (Paypal recommended I contact the seller direction, which I did) and my bank. I included screenshots of my purchase receipt and the date entry in my bank statement. Less than ten minutes after opening the dispute, the seller gave me a 40 dollar credit- not a refund, and not for the full purchase price.

Their credit email invited me to call them direction if I had any further concerns, but didn't include a phone number.

Lastly, for those of you who still need a reason to avoid this company- the contact email I received was an @hotmail address.

Ordered back in March a maternity dress. 2 months have passed and nothing.. Still saying leaving China.. Which it isn't. Contacted them but gave lots of excuses. Thankfully paid will PayPal so waiting on the dispute to be solved to which I'll get my money back. Called my bank today.. I'm covered for this and I will get my money back no matter what. Definitely don't order and save your money! Awful awful awful.. They don't even deserve 1 star!

My item came quickly and I did pay for expedited shipping. However when I inquired about tracking info I got excuses and there was great lack of communication.
What I am rating poorly is the item itself. I bought a dress based off a beautiful picture. The dress I got was not even remotely close to the one advertised except for color.
Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this transaction.

It's been over a month, I'm still waiting for my purchase and it hasn't come. I really want my jacket what's going on and there's no phone number to call to see where it's a. I'm very upset.

The most horrible and nightmare online site ever .. I wouldn’t recommend this to my greatest enemy as well. The service is so low.. had order my stuff for maternity photo shoot in May 9th on express haven’t received my order yet. The shipping should be done by 5-15 days !!!! It’s more than that. When email about it to sales .. no body bothers to give proper answer ... hopeless

Absolutely appalling service. I ordered an item in January and paid for express service and it’s now nearly June and it’s still in its origin country. I have contacted them multiple times but they keep saying it’s in transit which is a lie

Awful, I paid for express delivery and contacted them a week after the product was due. It hadn’t been despatched and I received a vague response. I asked for a refund and now have a credit note which includes a reduction of £10 management fee from the fee. This is robbery, do not use !

Absolute joke, ordered a swim set in april paid for it and nothing!! I have emailed and complained on several occasions and been told it was on its way and ive still not recieved anything!! Do not waste your time or your money!!!

I wish, like everyone else, that I had researched this company before I ordered anything. I waited up until day 15 since I paid for my express post on quite a few items but my order said "processing" the entire time. I emailed about 10 times, wrote to them in their live chat in which they are never available, and emailed their website's address. No reply. Eventually, and I'm so lucky I could, I went to PayPal, who I paid through. I went to "refunds" and requested one, explaining my situation with proof of my requests and within the hour they had contacted the site and I was issued an IMMEDIATE refund. So for anyone who paid through PayPal, they can get your money back! I will now ALWAYS pay through PayPal.

I've waited nearly 2 months for my order of Women's Dog Mom Dog Paw Print Sweatshirt. SWEATSHIRT! What I got clearly was NOT a sweatshirt but a knockoff wannabe shirt made in China. The shirt is thin and I can see my hand through it. It does not have an ounce of fleecy inside you'd find in a true sweatshirt. Pictures were sent to their customer service email detailing the problem with item and I requested to return for a refund. They pushed me to keep the shirt and give to someone that it fits. They did offer a $5 discount on a future order. Lousy customer service, totally not satisfied with them or their product and still waiting to get a refund.
