The worst site to buy anything off. Terrible communication. Only reply through PayPal fraud/ trying to get a refund then would reply to them straight away. Very low quality products when you finally receive theme. Highly DO NOT recommend.

I have screenshots of the order and of the balance leaving my account to theirs!

Yet they still said I didbt place an order!!!

Worst company ever ordered some shoes back in December 2019 still have not received them just says in transit.. emailed the company to request a refund and all you get back Is please wait for package to arrive and then decline at door once they receive it back I will get my refund I won’t give up I will take this further As
a company like this should not be running it needs to be shut down SCAMMERS

I ordered a dress over a month ago, paid for expedited shipping, and still haven't received my order. Messaged the company.. no reply! Bad service! Wish I would have read the reviews first :(

If I could give 0 star I would. It took 56 days to reach me. I ordered 2 sweaters, size small. I only got one and it was extra large.

I bought I skirt from them, and I payed for expedited shipping. I got the skirt in time, but now I’m getting letters from Fedex saying that I owed them money for the delivery. Similar amount to what I paid to cichic.
I sent them an email for them to take care of it, but their answers are parcel has been delivered.
Do not order from this scammer who charge extra for shipping, and then Fedex charge more.

The world's dodgyist site. If I knew who to report then to for fraud. I would. Such a con. Ordered something off this site based on images. They sent me a poorly made imitation and would not give me my money back. Anyone on here that has out a good review I personally think I'd fake. Do not use this site.

Ordered a top that was supposed to be delivered in a week it has now been 3/4 weeks and I have not received it.

I placed an order on Dec. 4, still no merchandise. I have e-mailed them several times and the only response i ever receive is that the merchandise was sent and to keep waiting and if not received within 14 days (mon-friday) to please contact my local post office. Contact my post office FOR WHAT? This site is a joke. I will not stop until they answer for what they're doing to people. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I placed an order back in early November of 2019 it is now January 11 2020 and still no merchandise, I've sent email after email and still nothing!!! This site is fraudulent and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time nor money with this scam!!

STAY AWAY!! after paying Express delivery and chasing it up with their horrendous message board. I got offered a refund as it could not be delivered in time. That was fine by me, a week goes by, nothing. Chase it up again, nothing but the money went out of my account. Finally got a response saying they've "sent the package, so cant refund me, refuse the package" (which if I did, I'd be liable) thankfully went through paypal, spoke to them as the company had authorized the refund and cancelled the order, paypal told me the TRACKING LINK WAS FAKE!! waiting on refund but paypal told me I'd get it back regardless, they just have to try and contact them first. (Surprise, no response) but will be refunded by paypal soon

STAY AWAY - WORST COMPANY EVER
Bought 2 dresses and pay $17 for express shipping. Got only 1 dress that didn't even look like the picture in the website 2 month after. They are a fraud and scammers.

Stay away waiting 5 weeks for my dress to come . It finally came with no hole in the dress button . I send them the pictures showing no hole they email back staying cut them yourself showing a picture. Honestly I could not believe this it was 29.99 . To cut yourself I ask for a discount or refund. They dont care at all I got a email saying basically so what . They should not be in business what a loads of crap STAY AWAY LET GET THEM SHUT DOWN .

I wouldn't even give them a star in all honesty. Avoid at all costs. Absolute con! The reviews on the website are fake, pretty sure that should be illegal! Quality is so so bad. I bought 2 teddy coats, wasted £50 on them. So disappointed. They are so bad. The material is so cheap and thin and the stitching is really bad and very wonky looking coats.. they look just tragic. AVOID!

My dress took forever to come in! The color is not right nor is the design of the dress I ordered! The cheapest lace and it’s all uneven! They have offered me a 15% refund letting me know it would cost me more than I spent on the dress to send it back to get a full refund! I just can’t believe these sites are allowed to screw over hard working people by scamming them!
