I ordered clothes (over $100 worth) in March. The clothes were not of any quality (flimsy, cheap fabrics), The shipment took a month to get to me, and now the return/refund is still outstanding... I've sent countless emails requesting my refund be processed to no avail... Sure, the customer service team is polite when being emailed, but they aren't helpful in actually processing my refund or sticking to their word of "prioritizing" the refund...
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This place is terrible. I have been trying for months to receive outstanding items and return some that did not fit or were the wrong item. I have asked repeatedly for return label and told to take photos of items that I did not want. Which I have done. Nothing!!!

I had a great time making purchases in this online store, I often buy online because my health forces me to stay at home, I bought some t-shirts for the caldamin season, in particular two short-sleeved shirts and a beautiful black cat drawn on one side, they are very comfortable and light, I recommend buying a larger size than our Italian sizes.

This is one of the worse online companies I have ever dealt with. They never ship your order out on time, the us shoe sizes are not true to size, and when you contact the company about a refund or exchange, get ready for the lies and insult. They made the mistake but ask me to except a$5 credit to shop on their websites. After refusing several offers, they eventually offered to refund less than half of my money, which I have yet to receive. This is the absolute worst online company ever and I would reccomend them to anyone

I ordered a short and long sleeve tops. Both of them appear to be sewn after the order had been placed. It was done in a haste, the thread wasn't even cut off. The pictures online and the items I received are not nearly as close as advertised online, not to mention the material - the worst quality. What a rip off! Big time scammers! I have applied for a refund, did it two weeks ago and still haven't received a reply about my complaint. Do not fall for their lovely online pictures as you will be disappointed.I don't know if I will receive a reply at all, but I will be persistent. My sympathies to all who have fallen for it. I will never purchase anything from them again. Big letter SCAM!

My experience was very useful.This website told me about the best products. Through this I was able to view the best material. The products here showed a beautiful panaroma. The stuff was of high quality and beautiful things were showed there..

I had so many problems with this website. I ordered for the first time. And it was supposed to be a present.
The order arrived 3/4 weeks later and the quality is the worst.

+ I had to choose other items again and again over email because they didn’t have some of the items I ordered in their stock. I am still waiting for 2 items.. since 1 1/2 month. It’s such a pain and a headache.

The tops are horrible fakes of the pictures they use on their website. I ordered 6 tops, received 5. Been given the run around for 2 months about refunding the missing top. Complete scammers. Ordered all tops in a small, yet they each were a different size then the measurements they provided. Stitching looks like it was done by a 6 year old. Fabrics are not the cotton blend they claimed. They deserve an option of no stars. Better clothes at Walmart. Save your money!!!

I ordered some sandles on the 6/6/19 I received no confirmation order so have no order number the money has been taken from my account .I sent a copy to show them I have sent loads of e.mails but all they have done is ask for order number which I don't have
But the have my name address e,mail address the details they need to find my order . So I'm waiting for a delivery date !!!!
But reading these reviews it doesn't give me much faith . I will give them a reasonable amount of time to reply then I will be putting my friend in fraud squad in the picture I really hope it doesn't come to this. I just want the sandles . I know it's only $23.99 but it's the principle

If I could give no stars I would . The only reviews that were positive about this company has to be a scam too.. this company is in Hong Kong and they are ripping Americans off. Taking our money and not sending the merchandise (like in my case 107.00). They need to be ban from advertising in America On Facebook and other social media sites. I hope Trump keeps the heat on china and their dishonest practices of stealing intellectual property which is clearly what this company has done . The pictures on their web site have been stolen from other legitimate clothing stores. I wish I had done more research before ordering ! Never again

It's going on three months now for a simple $20 refund, the product was not as described, took photos returned [$7postage] in the original unopened package. Keep on getting messages like this one...

Since I returned the merchandise about 2 months ago, they have not returned the money to my credit card. About two months of the purchased I received the merchandise and the sizes were not as their table measures provided on the site as a guidance. None of the purchased 9 blouses fits to me. I just want to warn you to do not make business to an untrusted company.

Do not buy from this company. 6 months later i am still waiting for a refund when my items didn't arrive.
