DO NOT order from this website!!!! The clothes are cheap and customer service is impossible to work with. I made a return over a month ago and still have not received a refund. I am going to the Better Business Bureauand the California department of Consumer Affairs. WORST WEBSITE EVER. Pretty sure any good reviews were left by the company themselves.

So look at their reply below to the above review. It funny they are asking for my email when I have sent them no less than 15 emails for my refund. My most recent email was yesterday with no reply. However, they replied faster to a bad review. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will regret it.

I would like to thank you specially for your superb customer service. I ordered two jeans recently. But unfortunately one had a very little damage. I'm sure actually it was a mistake. Because I'm a big customer of you.This wasthe first time I faced with a problem like this. Because quality of your clothes are very reliable according to my experiences. Smart, well curated, tasteful, not overwhelming- so many great things- I couldn' t believe how much I liked here. My favorite new store.

Two out of the three items did not fit. That’s OK, sometimes that happens and we can return our items. But at Cicilook we have to pay shipping and they told me that it was so expensive I could keep them and they would give me $18 or $22 coupon in return. That nowhere near covers the cost of the items. We emailed back-and-forth many times to try and resolve the return. They kept telling me to scroll down to a detail page where the SKU numbers are but there was no detail page to scroll down to. Their clothes have no tags on them so you don’t know what size they are or what they are made of. I ordered three smalls but couldn’t even get them over my head! I would never order from them again! I wish I would have read the reviews before I did.

WORST Retail experience EVER!! I ordered 2 blouses 1-25-2019 and paid for shipping 7-15 business days. After 6 weeks and little to no customer service response other than - have patience and I will have my colleagues get this shipped right away. I told them to cancel the order as it obviously not shipped as they didn't even have a shipping order #. I received the package 2 weeks later- 2 months total and was more than disappointed the blouses ran VERY small and quality was bad. They wouldn't give me an RMA to return the items just the run around and told me shipping is expensive so I should give them as a gift to someone.I returned to them paying again for shipping which is my 3rd time for paying for shipping as they refused delivery from my 1st return attempt. STILL waiting for the credit 3+ months. HORRIBLE experience!

quality fabric, an efficient team thas seems to know what they are doing. the discounts are great and are mostly the reason I keep coming for more.

This place is a joke and I believe they are doing some fraudulent activity. I placed an order over a month ago. I received 2 emails with tracking numbers for my order and of course the tracking numbers are invalid. A legit company wouldn’t send invalid tracking numbers from a bogus tracking website. If you don’t want to loose money don’t order from this company.

I would give this company a zero on customer service. Back in March I ordered a top they told me it was discontinued so I asked for a refund. I did not want to re-order anything from the company to date which is May 2 I have not gotten a refund even though I have had numerous emails telling me I should get a refund soon. So now I am pursuing getting the word out about this bogus company. I hope nobody else gets stung like I have! I have logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & PayPal. It’s obvious if there is a good review, it’s from someone that works there.

Items ordered on 2 Feb 2019, received approx three weeks later. All items poor quality, cheap and poorly sized - nothing true to size.
Returned items on 1st March and emailed proof of postage as requested by company. Have emailed several times regarding refund and am still waiting. Do not touch this company! Have now logged a 'dispute' with Paypal. Will see if I get a refund!

UPDATE: Well, I received a full refund from Paypal. Shame I could not be reimbursed for the postage which cost almost £20 from UK to China though. Thought that was the end of it, but what do you know, the parcel was returned FROM CHINA and back on my doorstep on 28th June! This whole saga started on 2nd February. Longest shopping experience ever and will not be repeated.What a total waste of time and money. Buyer beware!

I ordered several items and received less than half. The items I did receive looked NOTHING like their advertised product. I requested a refund for the missing items and they said it would take up to 2 weeks. It’s now been 2 months. I was told on May 1 my refund was processed and to check my account but of course, no refund. I confirmed there was no refund in my account and their reply is the same (your refund has been processed, check your account).

the customer care in this store gave me such an easy time in my last order. The entire process took a month and I am glad I even waited because I was more than impressed with the quality of the jacket
