A genuine pleasure to buy from.
I have had a bad time lately with so many companies trying to screw me over or simply not delivering on what I paid for, but Cider is Wine has been a genuine pleasure to deal with. Their drinks are special one and all, their deliveries are reliable and VERY quick, and their customer service is personal, friendly, and gives a real sense that customer satisfaction really IS their highest priority.
Where drinks weren't available they gave great recommendations for replacements, when a bottle of a discontinued drink I had previously wanted turned up in a stock-take they reached out to me to offer it to me, and they even gave me a discount on delivery.
Its been a really refreshing experience to feel valued as a customer again, and the drinks certainly didn't disappoint either. I whole-heartedly recommend.
