I placed an order in may2023, to this date march2025 I haven't received or recovered my order or money sent them one last email so disappointing

I bought some clothes online, I PAID, and they haven't sent me the paid clothes for over a year. I was robbed. This online shopping site is NOT HONEST.

It's been nine months and I'm still waiting for my order and I'm still waiting for Cidxilla to be responsible and give me my money back. Total lack of responsibility to take charge. Don't buy from them, you will lose your money.

I ordered a cozy bed and up-to now I have not received the parcel yet and no confirmation email or anything to say when the delivery is. Very disappointed. I think this is a big scam.

service @ cidzilla c o m. this is the email contact of this cidzilla company that took money for clothes that i haven't receicved yet. I paid them on April 17 and all this time they try to win time by texting me that i will receive my order in a few days! It is a big fraud, stealing money using your tools...i found them on google add so dear google How can you secure me and other users from this company

Scam!!! takes your money and no delivery of goods or refund. Ordered in June and its Sep already and keep getting emails reply saying delivery is on its way and stuck at customs...

Scam artists - do not buy anything from these people. Four months, many emails, minimal response i.e. pre-set "Hello dear" - how very condescending!! Total and utter thieves. Shame I had to give it one star. Second time this has happened to me - use the old adage "if something is too good to be true" then it probably is. Steer well clear.

I placed an order in April 2023. To date (August) I have had no delivery. I've requested a refund time and time again, there are 25 emails back and forth but no refund and no clothes.
This company seems to take your money with no intention of giving you anything in return. Please don't be fooled by this scam!

Don't buy from them! I have ordered and payed for the clothes on March 25th, and four months later I'm still waiting for the package. They don't even answer my emails anymore.

They have an autoresponse system with preset answers (when and if they response to your requests)!
