Fabulous customer service!!!
Phoned for advice re food for my dog with IBS/IBD/gastric issues. They couldn't have been more helpful - gave advice and recommended a couple of kibbles that would likely be suitable and sent free samples. And my dog loves her new food, no further issues so far, so have ordered and delivery was next day :-) Thank you!!

I'm a trainer with two crazy collie crossbreeds who have had behavioural issues, and I also foster other dogs. I researched the quality of food brands on all the about dog food website and decided to try this company as I like smaller businesses, UK based with great protein levels and nutritional quality. Not too high carb for the hyperactive dogs and better for their sensitive digestion. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the food and the effect on them and their digestion. Great stable firm poops. Most dogs I have come to stay with me will accept it during training for reward (I use tickety boo venison and salmon, and sometimes buy a small bag of bells and whistles small bite food for enrichment or treats for small dogs in training). It usually arrives the day after I place the order which is brill! The natural treats, dog pate and cheese chews are also excellent and I buy a bit of everything. Overall the cost works out very reasonable, considering I don't have to buy many other treats at all now (could easily spend £50 a month on training treats and chews before!). I have been using this brand for about a year now and I recommend it to everyone, long may it continue! I also prefer to choose venison or fish blends generally because I find it more ethical than other factory farmed meats and I find a lot of dogs are sensitive to chicken. Great levels of omegas and botanicals in a lot of the foods too. Stop paying for excessive branding and marketing over quality ingredients 😊

I bought this food as my dogs were pooing loads on Wainrights.
I called the office and spoke to a lovely knowledgeable lady who sent me a sample of Mighty Meaty. I then purchased a full bag of the salmon.
Dogs absolutely love it, poos smaller and less.

Really healthy food for my GSD plus great treats (particularly Fish Flatties). Easy to order online or over the phone. They have a great shop in St.Clears, the Doggy Depot for any specialist items. They were very helpful when we found ourselves in a (minor) emergency. Highly recommended

A super company to deal with. I've been using Ci Dog Food for several years. A decent range of food that makes it easy for dogs with special dietary requirements (no chicken or grain in our case). Suitable from puppy to senior dogs. I recommend.

My dog absolutely loves the Tickety Boo Range of Ci Foods .. and when it says Tickety Boo - Kickable Poo - it really means it (a doddle to pick up)! Great range of flavours and the ability to choose different flavoured 2kg bags is fantastic so your doggies never get bored of one flavour! Always delivered promptly, packaged really well and my doggies always know a Ci food parcel with the added toy treat inside - they line up like little children waiting to get inside!
