Instructions for a safe place were given, but the 2 boxes were left on the driveway in the rain. 2nd time this has happened

Thanks for your review - we're so sorry you're experiencing problems with DPD. I've checked the order based on your email address and we clearly marked that it should be left in the run/trailer, so we're sorry the drivers aren't complying. We will of course mention it to DPD.
We find DPD to be the best courier we have tried, but for customers that regularly experience a poor service from them (some areas aren't so good) we can send the parcels via Parcelforce - just let us know in the comments box when you order & we'll do it that way.
Apologies again & thanks for the feedback, but hopefully Parcelforce will prove to be better for you from now on.

Highly recommended nutritional dog food!
Our pup was experiencing really runny poos since we first got him, we tried transitioning to a couple different brands but nothing was working for him. I originally heard about Ci dog food under a high nutrition quality review on ‘allaboutdogfood.com’ so we tried it and haven’t looked back since! I would highly recommend to any dog owner and especially those with sensitive stomachs!

Allergic to rice
When we had our greyhound Judy she was allergic to rice which in mist dog foods so we bought dog food from here. She was so much better.

I find CI Foods offer a personal, 'family feel' service. We receive a handwritten, personalised 'thank you' on our bill, which I really appreciate. The high quality 'Mighty Meat' food brand suits our dog brilliantly. I love that every order has a dog toy included as an extra gift. Definitely a 5* company and service in my book!

Excellent food
Excellent food, eco friendly packaging.
My puppy loves the food and it really does give him 'perfect poo'. Which is is very forgiving whilst house training.
Customer service and thoughtfulness is very apparent in packaging and delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough.
