Professional and resolved problems with no fuss

Used because they were the only sellers of a specific product.
Had a problem with the devices purchased - not the fault of the vendor, a manufacturing issue - and the company provided a full refund after checking the issue with no fuss and no additional faff for me. Much appreciated, and a nice surprise as I hadn't expected to see that money back!
