DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!!! lost 56$ USD because I was led to believing this site being legit. If you are in the U.S wanting to foreign cigarettes, please just go and visit some exotic smoking shops in your area. They’ll likely have what you’re looking for, if not, they’ll order it. Not a huge loss for me but it sucks knowing you gave your hard earned money to some scammers.

I was skeptical at first due to bad experience from this website but I made a purchase from the details above and immediately after payment been made I was given tracking info to monitor products and was delivered on my doorstep well packed, this is a sure plug 💯 and would recommend xxx

Scam, they stole my money. I sent many E-Mails and messages, yet the havent answered. 49,99 Euros for nothing.

I made a big mistake purchasing from this website and now I guess as been scammed because they no longer respond to my text, OMG 😳 200$ loss, but have learnt my lessons and I got a help from a friend which introduce me to the above name and they have been very helpful during the start to finish process of products and got it at my doorstep well packed and packaged with no damages satisfied

A bunch of scammers. Order never received.

This is a scam; like everyone else I sent the payment and never heard from them, never received my order.

Dont fall for it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, if I could report them, I would! These website is a scam! They ask for you to send ‘personal’ payments on PayPal and NEVER SEND the items! I emailed and emailed and emailed and NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME! So their ‘24hr customer service turnaround’ is a lie! As well as their money back guarantee! LIARS LIARS SCAMMERS!

Someone put a lot of work into making this site look legit! It's not! However, they bascially tell you upfront they're going to scam you. They say you're "not allowed" to pay though Paypal, then tell you how to go around the system by doing it as friends and family. They have what seems to be a fake tracking system which appeared to have activity for the first month. I ordered in Dec 2023, paid $185. It's now Feb 27th 2024 and the last activity on shipping was Jan 14th.

Over the past month I have tried contacting using the chatbot and emailing probably 5 times. I have heard nothing!

I ordered two cartons that are still in processing for over a month. I’m not getting a response with costumer care. Thinking I’ve been scammed at this point.

Fraud Company and I highly suspect all posters with positive reviews are paid posters. Ordered x2 cartons of Sobranie Black Russian cigarettes. PayPal payment request was suspicious, but I paid it in good faith. After x2 months of bogus shipping tracker updates and no delivery I contacted their customer service email and chat bot-total silence. As a former tobacconist, this daylight robbery is utterly disgraceful and those working at this company are beneath contempt. Honest smokers should avoid at all cost.

Ordered 5 packs of juul pods on 11/21, attempted to reach out on 11/27 and 11/28, no response.

Terrible customer service, no communication and demand to pay through PayPal friends and family over goods and services.

Do not trust this company, they stole my money.
