POOR BANK TRANSFER'S

Hi, Transferred My BANK ACCOUNT from NatWest to HSBC in the Channel Islands/Guernsey. A complete shambles from the word start and not finished with the Transfers.......Was promised as a NEW customer that a transfer was easy, no stress and reliable.......TBH it was anything but...POOR!!!!!!!, I have to setup my own Standing orders and Direct Debits from scratch and even though i had 1 of each transferred the actual of those was not done properly either.....Like i said a complete shambles BY HSBC in CI (Channel Islands, Guernsey).

PS: I ADVISE ALL NOT TO TRANSFER ANY BANK ACCOUNT TO HSBC IN GUERNSEY AS ALL THEY CAUSE IS STRESS AND A COMPLETE MESS FROM START AND STILL DEALING WITH IT NOW!!!!
