This is a scam

This is a scam. You can't get in touch with this company. I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and haven't recieved them or have I heard anything from them. They have been reported and hopefully I will get my money back. They will be on channel two wants to know. Don't order from this company!!

SCAM! Do not buy from them.

Placed an order on December 31st for 2 pair of men's size 9. Received men's 10.5.
As of mid February had not received new pair. Sent many emails and they offered me a 40 percent refund. Finally got the new shoes and they were still wrong. Sent me a men's size 8. Sent them an email but no response. 3 months and $135 later I still have no shoes. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them!!!!!

Beware!

Beware!! I am a real person and every negative review here is correct. You are lucky to have reviewed it first and not lost your money. This is a scam company, their phone number is bogus, and they do not return your requests sent to return or exchange. Out $40.00

Return Policy is not true!

I ordered a total of four pairs of shoes. Two pairs of the same style of shoes, a white pair and a black pair of slip-ons, both size 8.
*The size 8 black was way too big.
*The size 8 white fit, but don't like how they look on me.
*One pair I didn't like. It looks good in the pictures shown
*One pair I'm keeping

I reached out to Cilood customer service, and they said they would refund me 10%, and I could keep the shoes. I said no bc what am I going to do with shoes that don't fit or won't wear?
They came back asking if a refund of 25% and keeping the shoes would satisfy me.
Again, I told them NO and sent a cut-and-paste copy of their Return and exchange policy.
See below for the policy stated on their website...

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
Because everyone has been asked to stay at home, we want to do our part to help. For all orders placed after February 1, 2020, the return window has been extended from 45 days to 60 days.
1. You have a max of 60 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2.Shipping Fee: The product arrive damaged, different, or not working, CILOOL will offer the return&exchange shipping fee. If the customer needs to return&exchange the product with personal issues, the customer need to offer the return shipping fee.

rip off merchants -

They send you the wrong product, then when you complain or ask for a return address - there isn't one. they pretend they care and offer you a partial refund, which of course you never get.

Very bad experience with Cilool shoes

This experience with Cilool lasted the entire month of August. I purchased 2 pairs of their shoes on line for a total cost of approx $70. When they arrived I immediately notified cilool that I wasn't going to keep them as they were of very poor quality and workmanship
I asked for an address to return them to for credit 5 times during the month and at this writing they still have not given me an address for the return. Instead they said "don't use the return address on the package. Instead they try to offer a 10% reduction in the price. When I refused they offered me a 20% discount. Why would that interest me when I already told them I didn't like or want the shoes. I finally realized they were only stalling so I would miss the 30 day return policy that they advertise these shoes with. If I could give a lower score for this company , I would as my experience with them was that bad. I realized I in the end that I was involved with a fraudulent company and I was out the $70. Taught me a lesson...never do business with companies you don't know. This was a well thought out scam on their part and I hope this review hits them in their pocketbook.

Dishonesty Company

When I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband I didn't realize it was a company in China. The shoes were extremely small. I contacted the company immediately to return the shoes. They refused to send me a return label and offered me 15% off. They tried to intimidate me by stating how "expensive" it would be for me to return the shoes. After 33 emails back and forth to the company, I had the payment stopped by my bank. Cilool sent information to the bank that I did buy the shoes and I had never tried to contact them regarding my displeasure. I sent "Capital One" all the emails between the company and myself. Capital One wanted me to find a similar company to prove that the shoes were not as advertised. Seriously!!! Cilool is a fraudulent company, mendacious, underhanded, and dishonest. They try to intimidate you and will never assist you. Just know that if you are dissatisfied, they will basically tell you "too bad, so sad!"

Be careful when ordering Cilool

Be careful when ordering from this company. They took a long time to ship which resulted in my reordering the same shoe. Then I had trouble canceling the order plus both shoes are the same size and are too small--meaning they are making shoes on the very small size of normal. I had an unsuccessful Customer Service experience. There was no way to ship the item back to them. They wanted me to send a photo (What???) of the item I was returning and they did not provide an email address to receive the photo. I won't order again from this company. Proceed at your own risk!

An update - where's the zero?

An update. Cilool finally responded. Offered a 10% refund and I keep the too-small-shoes. I said no. They said they'd replace them and asked for foot measurements. They sent a too-big-pair. Now there's no response, I have 2 pairs I can't wear and no return address to send them back. Out $71.99. Feeling scammed.

This is a fraudulent company

This is a fraudulent company. They will not tell me how to return 2 pairs of shoes. They asked for a "picture" of the shoes (which I sent to the person who requested it) and since then there is no response to my emails. This conpany needs to be shut down ASAP. They are a total scam.

This is a scam, cheap overseas made sandals, size doesn't fit, uncomfortable, no customer service, no returns policy. They don't have a warehouse nor an office in Australia, total scam.

It doesn't work

You sea r ch for customer service and you come up with actually no way to contact. Shoes are horrible...wrong size and high heeled. Whst a waste of money. They looked nice but looks are totally deceiving. Horrible. Into the wastebasket. Do NOT order from them!

Do NOT order shoes from this company!!

Ordered shoes, one came in with broken zipper. And the shoes were not as nice as pictured. Like someone else said, no shipping label, no order receipt, I was like oh damn something funny about this.Tried sending email 3 times and was told no such address. Googled for a place to contact, once again no response. By the looks of it,I am screwed. Had a feeling, damn it. Do not order from this company!!! Ps the shoes also smelled of chemical so strongly I have never smelled something like that.

WHAT A JOKE!!

WHAT A JOKE!!! Ordered shoes. Got about 6 weeks later. Too small so requested an exchange. Cilool offered 10% refund and I keep shoes. I said no so they offered 20%. I agreed. Then they said they couldn't do it without my email address and purchase order. They had communicated with me via my email prior to receiving shoes so they had that but never gave me any confirmation upon ordering or paperwork with shoes. Haven't heard from them since. I'm stuck and out my money.
