They are shipping it to the wrong…
They are shipping it to the wrong address and will not do anything to help or rectify the situation. I emailed them several times and they were like basically”tough crap”, there’s nothing that we can do….. I spent a $100.00 and this is your customer service??? Not to mention that I had no idea that it’s some basic/ mass produced jewelry from China???!!! The website is very misleading. You are led to believe that you are getting “boutique“ jewelry. What a crock of sh*it.
