I ordered an off the shoulder striped top from the website paying over the odds for delivery, but I wanted it so I paid. On receiving the top it was not what I ordered but a bog standard round neck tee shirt. I emailed to explain and request a refund only to be told that I was in the wrong. I have since sent two more emails inserting photos as proof, they have not responded!!!

I’ve been waiting for weeks for an item I ordered. I checked the tracking and it said the item had been blocked customers as Cinelle had not included the correct postal paperwork. And this is a company that ships worldwide so surely they should know this. I emailed them to ask for a replacement or refund and was completely ignored so I messaged them via messenger. They read my messages and then just completely ignored me there too. Please don’t waste your money with this company
