A great company with fantastic discounts which makes going to the cinema not only affordable but great fun. They make everything so straightforward, from ordering to booking and the cinema staff are well acquainted with us from our repeated visits, especially for new releases

Whilst I've been a member of Cinema Society for a while, I hadn't used their discount in several years, especially after COVID hit and there was a decline in the cinema industry. However, the cinema has been making such a good comeback that I've been finding myself making trips to the cinema more often (which has been great because going to the cinema used to be one of my favourite past times pre-COVID). What's not been great though, has been the ticket prices. I recently decided to dip my toe back into using CS again and couldn't be happier with the discount. The savings are a lot more than I remember them being (I purchased a £13 VIP Lounge ticket at my local REEL cinema for £8.60!). It's by far one of the best money off discounts around and I now plan to use it for all my cinema trips going forward. It's straightforward to purchase the ticket through CS and then claim it on your cinema's website (instructions on purchase confirmation email). Don't make the same mistake I made, which was not read the email and try to claim the ticket in venue (you can't).

The app is extremely easy to use providing full instructions on how to redeem vouchers and gives a good discount / saving.

Long time and happy customer. Great value and easy to use. The Cinema Society site is straightforward and helpful and redeeming the vouchers at my local cinema (Odeon) is just adding the voucher reference to the the seat booking.

Why would you NOT book tickets through Cinema Society??

I continue to benefit from reduced price tickets for family days out to the cinema. The platform is easy to use and very clear. When i had an issue with some of my vouchers, customer service were excellent and i was reimbursed.

Can you improve the instructions on how to redeem the vouchers on line with Cineworld?
I used the first voucher and thought you redeemed one at a time. I found that it would not allow me to separately redeem another for the same time and seats. I then cancelled the booking and now knowing you have to use both vouchers or more at the same time, tried to make my booking for 2. The site then said the one voucher had already been redeemed. It was a mess. At the cinema, the manager had to sort it out.

Fantastic service. I accidentally booked the wrong time with my vouchers and had to cancel the booking. This then showed the vouchers as redeemed. I contacted TCS and they came back to me straight away and I was able to get new vouchers within the hour to book the correct time.

I’ve been a member if The Cinema Society Club for a few years and always find that they can offer tickets at a good discount, sometimes better than they advertise. Yesterday I received 50% off. Sometimes, with some cinemas having multiple pricing structures for different cinemas and seats, it can take a bit of time to work out if TCSC code is valid, but I’ve always found them to be successful.

I can't believe how few people know about this. You soon get the hang of the system, and you save pounds each time. It makes taking a family group seem affordable. If you are not a member, join! And you are not bombarded with emails / partner adverts etc either,

Purchase made for 2 tickets at Odeon for me and my daughter. Total cost for 1x adult and 1 child ended up costing £42+. It would have cost £35 if I booked directly with Odeon….complete joke.

I love cinema and cinema society has made it easier for me to go to my local cinema by making it just a little cheaper so I don't have to drive to nearby towns where the cinemas are already cheaper still

I have utilised the discounts available through The Cinema Society Club for several years. All my experiences have been positive. No negative transactions. The website is easy to navigate and there are plenty of options available. The savings are so helpful in supporting our social activities, and our love of movies. Who doesn't like a genuine discount?! So lovely to be able to enjoy films, and in turn support the cinema industry by visiting our local screenings.
